Called this place about 4:30pm. Rang at least 10 times, no answer. Drove to the place to see if they were open, read sign and even went inside to check what time they closed. Once we were sure they'd be open later, we went to a friend's house for a swim. When we were leaving friend's house, called again to place an order for wings and other food. Immediately place on hold. 14 minutes go by, someone different finally picks up our call. We are almost to the restaurant by now. I start to place an order for wings and I'm informed that they ran out of wings earlier in the day and won't have more for 2 days due to the holiday. That's somewhat understandable. What isn't is the poor customer service I received on the phone. I also reviewed this place on Google and the restaurant only responded about the lack of wings, no mention of the poor customer service. We won't even try again. There are way too many other better places to get carry out in this town and spend my hard earned money at. read more
