Love the stores and layout. After having access to both Tanger and the Landing as well as other shops in Branson, I will NEVER shop in a mall ever again. Call me spoiled. Get a coupon book at the customer service center (free for seniors) and shop away. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it really could use more parking. Wow, you should see it between Thanksgiving and Christmas! My favorite time to shop there is of course the week after Christmas and January/February (yes Winter Fun in Branson is a good time to avoid crowds) when there are fabulous sales! read more

Good variety of stores, toys to clothes to tools!!! Mall is very well kept bathrooms are always clean. One or two choices for food (A&W and a sub shop) Lots of food choices on 76 just outside of the outlet mall. Coupons for the mall are plentiful best bet is to sign up on line several weeks before you go. Tanger has a VIP program that I highly recommend. You accumulate sales receipts and as you do there are goals where you are awarded discounts or money to use there at Tanger. (I joined several years ago while I was there on a "girls trip" everyone threw in their receipts I think we hit the second or third gift before we left). It is nice having a true "outlet" mall about an hour from my house. I probably visit Tanger 15-18 times a year, depends on how much out of town company we have. My favorite stores are Jockey and Yankee!!! Holly at Jockey and Mike at Yankee will bend over backwards to help you get what you want!!!! Nice to shop where people are happy!!!! A new parking area has opened this year so that should help a lot during the holiday rush and in the summer. This new lot looks like you would be able to park an RV or a bigger rig. Love shopping here, and I'm not really a shopper. But I can't pass up the bargains! I have never paid for a coupon book, thanks to being an AARP member, and although I don't get to go but about once a year, most of the stores that I like are always having a sale of some sort. read more

Amazing place to shop till you drop while visiting Branson, MO! My wife and I had a blast spending the day at Tanger. We visited the kitchen supply store, Yankee Candle, Wilson's Leather, Ralph Lauren, Nike, Adidas, Crocs, American Eagle, and Eddie Bauer stores. We were impressed with how the managers in each of these stores were friendly and knew their products. We would definitely go back in a heart beat! read more

Most of shops were very curious but Wilson's leather store had an EXTREMELY RUDE "man" working there! I will probably not be returning to that particular store and it is a shame considering I have bought my last few purses there and my sisters have shopped there as well but after today I don't think we'll go back to that store. read more

I'm only commenting on the few stores we went into. Fossil, Toys R Us Express, Seiko, Nike, Old Navy, The Fudgery and Disney Store. The Fossil store had a terrible BOGO half off sale. Seiko had all their watches in cases and kept the prices hidden but seemed to be having a good sale if I could have figured out what the prices were. TRU Express was nothing special. Nike's best prices were 60 bucks for clearance/sale shoes. Old Navy didn't have much for us but weren't terrible prices. Basically, the same prices you'd find at any other Old Navy store. The guy at the Fudgery looked like he hated his job. Now, the A-OK rating comes from the Disney Store. We'd gone to Disney World in March and had a blast. Sure, it's overpriced but it was one of the few times I didn't mind spending the money. Disney is awesome. So we went to the Disney Store and they had a lot of good things on clearance. Hoodies for $10, shirts for less. It wasn't a massive selection but big enough. I ended up buying a little Zurg figure and a pair of Grumpy flip flops for less than $6 total. The retail for this was around $25. So based on this alone is why I give this an A-OK rating. read more

If you plan on doing alot of shopping stop by customer services and get a coupon book and consider joining tanger club. They reward you for shopping! I paid $10 for a lifetime membership. I took my receipts back in to be tallied up and received a $15 coupon to Ralph Lauren, which is one of my favorite stores by the way, and a birthday gift card to Tommy Hilfiger $15, both of which I was able to use that day and a free tote bag! Also earning points which will give me additional rewards. I live about 4 1/2 hours away and get here once or twice a year but even so this is a great program and it works at any Tanger outlet. All of the customer service ladies were awesome!! The manager at Van Heusen/Izod Golf was great. I had been in and spent about $190 before I got my coupon book and then got it and saw it had 10% for their store so I went back and he gave me a price adjustment. Also the next day had to exchange some items for my daughter and he was super nice. The whole staff was. Love the Izod Golf, Ralph Lauren, Gap, Nike, Coach. Old Navy is not Outlet prices. New York & Co doesn't really seem to be either. I love their clothes, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use any of my coupons that I receive for being a NY & Co cardholder at the store! The only reason I went ahead and bought there was because our local store went out of business a while back. Definitely need a larger parking lot!!! This place gets busy and there is never enough parking in the main lot, however there are additional spots behind the stores. Need to add some more restaurant choices. Would love to see a Dooney & Bourke outlet & Kate Spade and some other better True "outlet" stores. I do really enjoy this outlet mall and will always shop here every time I'm in Branson!!! read more

I got my coupon book and headed to American Eagle looking for a jacket. I found a couple I liked but not in my size so I went to the checkout counter. There were three employees and one customer. I stood there five minutes and no one even acknowledged me so I turned around and left. The rest of the center is normal and nothing special to make it stand out. read more

The outlet itself has a nice select of stores and we have nothing bad to say about the outlets themselves. However, wanted to make people aware of the fact that when we returned to our car we had a note on our car with a hand written phone number asking us to call it. Normally we would have ignored the note but since we might leave a note if we accidentally hit a car, we called the number. Almost immediately we had two young men at our car, one on each side of the car. Long story short, they told us we had hit their car. We had not hit any car when we parked and the car they claimed we hit was no longer there for us to even look at in person. Instead they presented us with a picture as proof. They never asked directly for money but made us very uncomfortable and were pushy. Only when they mentioned calling the police and we agreed, asking them to indeed call them, did they leave. No harm, no foul - this time. However, wanted to make others aware of this as they likely will approach others if they haven't already. This is a nice mall and hate that these types are seemingly hanging around it. read more

Convenient location, ample parking, several true outlet stores. We found great deals in several stores. However, you're very limited on eating options. We only saw an A&W restaurant and a fudgery. I was somewhat disappointed that there weren't more stores. I won't make a special trip just for shopping, but I will definitely stop in for a half day of shopping if I'm in the area. read more

This outlet has a Chico's Outlet & there aren't that many of those around the country. Shopped there in Sept and couldn't find much but came back in Nov and found a great selection. However the whole outlet mall was packed with people and it was a little crazy. read more

We always shop Tanger when we come to Branson. A good variety of stores and generally good prices. Bargains come and go. My sense is this is not a great bargain year. Some outlet stores seem to be driving their business more and more on line - as a byproduct they seem to be sending fewer discount coupons for their physical stores. Love Tanger in Branson MO. I drive down from the Kansas City area to visit Branson often. Tanger is always part of my visit. Nice variety of stores. It seems like there are always sales going on, don't have to wait for the big "holiday" sales. Bath and Body Works is my favorite. I live within 2 miles from one by home, but never go there, I stock up at this one. Same for the Disney Store. Plenty of parking, now that they've added on. read more

Tanger Outlet Mall in Branson is similar to others located throughout the country. This one sports a very supportive customer service department for assisting shoppers with their issues. The stores offer a variety of choices to enhance your shopping experience. Branson being Branson, parking is usually the only difficulty that one might encounter. If you per chance are male and agree to take your wife there on her birthday, I recommend purchasing or renting a small, medium, or large trailer to carry home your purchases. read more

I have recently brought 2 tour groups to the Branson Tanger Mall. I love this Mall. It is being updated all the time with the addition of new stores and facilities. The check in process for tour groups is fast and painless. I love the selection of stores and the size. Some malls are just too big if you have a 2-3 time limit. This one has a great selection of stores and a variety of stores. I would advise though that some of the shops act as though they don't know about the tour guide and driver gift incentive and some just say they don't take them. But all in all I would not knock a "star" off for that, but it needs to be addressed. I've shopped this mall for years personally and professionally and it's a great one! I'll be back soon. read more
