We were so surprise that during our 3+ weeks in Europe it's so hard to find an eating establishment where we can get a bowl of soup. Even a pho or ramen place, until today. My husband had a cold and was desperate to find a good bowl of soup. We looked for days and found Tang Ramen in the Piazza of Saint Antonio at the top of the Grand Canal. It's a great location to have a simple lunch and people watch. The choices we made were delicious. We had ramen with Taiwanese beef, sour and hot beef ramen, wonton soup, and veggie rolls (similar to Thai rolls). The dishes really hit the spot considering we came from an area of the US that has some really great noodle places. Definitely will remember this place and will be back. read more
