When I call billing, I'm told that the clinic has to remove it, and when I call the clinic, I'm told that billing has to remove it. I tried again yesterday. Same story. This time the person in the billing department hung up on me when I insisted that my name be removed from this account. Essentially, no one is taking responsibility. I worked with two doctors, Dr. Brahma and Dr. Gay, who seemed kind on the surface, but due to the structure and culture of the organization, they were unable to truly provide patient-centered care and support. I am a cancer survivor with low ovarian reserve, and instead of feeling supported, I constantly felt rushed, pressured, and dismissed. SGF made it seem like time was always running out, creating panic and urgency around decisions that should have been made with care and clarity. Yet now--after I've terminated care and need my medical records to move forward with another clinic--they are in no rush at all. I've been waiting over a month for my full records, despite multiple requests. Their delays are actively preventing me from taking my next steps. As for finances, I left over $10,000 on file with SGF after being told it would "lock in" my pricing. That money sat with them for over nine months--and the price lock promise was not honored. I also identified inaccurate charges on my financial statement and have received no response. SGF is excellent at ignoring you when your outcomes may negatively impact their success rates or statistics. Transparency was lacking throughout my experience. Outside of the kind nurses who draw blood and perform ultrasounds, the level of patient care was deeply inadequate. Communication was disjointed, doctors were rarely accessible, and I was passed between nurses with no continuity or follow-up. If you're coming in with a "difficult" case, like mine, do not expect encouragement--or belief in your ability to succeed. But I believe in mine. Through holistic healing and with a more supportive, compassionate team, I know I will have my baby elsewhere--surrounded by care, respect, and love--none of which I felt at SGF. Please be cautious before entrusting your heart, body, and finances to this practice.

The front desk staff was responsive and helpful, particularly when it came to receiving medical records and scheduling appointments. From my very first visit, I had a fantastic experience: short wait times, a friendly and efficient check‑in, and a genuinely welcoming environment. Parking was great and easy! Dr. Moore was thorough, explanatory, and inquisitive about my medical history. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed, which immediately put me at ease. I was nervous about changing providers mid‑pregnancy, but I truly feel like I'm in great hands. Haven offers a small‑town, personal feel even though it's in a big city, something that's hard to find. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Moore and the Haven team to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I did not call your office to request any change, nor did I receive any confirmation email or phone call regarding this rescheduling. When I contacted your office to ask about this issue, I was told that the change was made at the patient's request, which is incorrect. I clearly stated that I did not request any change and asked how my appointment could be moved without my authorization or notification. Despite this, I was informed that nothing could be done, even though the mistake was not mine. I then politely requested that the staff check with the doctor to see if I could come at any time on my original appointment date, as I am flexible. I was told that the staff member would check with the doctor and call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a call. When I followed up later the same day, I was told that the staff member was still "in a meeting with the provider." When I called again several hours later, I was told to hold, and then informed that she "did not mean to call" me at all. This response was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. As of now, I am still waiting for a callback. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy from the front desk staff has been very disappointing. This situation reflects very poorly on your office's patient service standards. I hope this matter can be reviewed seriously and corrected as soon as possible. I would appreciate confirmation of my appointment status and an explanation of how this situation occurred.

There is no number to call to speak with finance. It took almost two months to get a simple prior auth with our insurance due to RBA sending incorrect records and delays with resending. Then, we needed a new prior authorization sent which again was declined due to missing information. We lost multiple months and cycles. Their clinical team is rude and provides inaccurate information. They schedule for incorrect procedures, or none at all (good luck getting a call back to schedule!) Scheduling simple tests also takes 2 to three weeks. Their app is constantly down but thats the only way to communicate with anyone. Doctors provide completely unrealistic timelines and outcomes. They are not on the same page with anyone on their admin team RBA is also more expensive than others. Go elsewhere if possible. I've used Emory for egg freezing and although their billing team is difficult to work with, and they are a bit more expensive, it is worth the communication standard and lack of errors

For one appointment we went in and he kept us waiting in the cold waiting room for an 1 hour and a half and there wasn't even an apology. After that we had a 2 hours with him which he kept saying the same thing 4 or 5 times in a row. Not even one time did he look up at us. His head was looking down on the papers the whole time reading our file and there was no eye contact. The next appointment was a little better. He left me in the waiting room for 45 minutes - came in and told me that they couldn't do anything else till my sugar was under control and then left. I was mad because he could have at least told me on this phone and not wasted my time with just that I dont like to go to a doctors office and not feel like they are not talking to us. I gave 2 stars for the lady that was taking us through the steps for the ivf, because she was very sweet, but we just stopped going now because of all of this. They have a telephone line that you need to call 4 or 5 times before they even respond. I switched from my other doctor because my family doctor told me that the outcomes over here are wonderful and they have a better success rate. But their customer service and following up sucks!! My first visit was thorough and delightful--I was told the increased levels of hormones they prescribed and adding estrogen was going to protect my heart, brain and bones and help me lose some of my menopause weight. I came for my follow up and she did not have record in front of her that I had previously been on any hormones, so I had to start over explaining. She was short and did not follow up with the pelvic floor therapy she had told me she would find out about for me. Yellow flag. The kicker: this week, after being 6 years post-menopause, I started heavy dark brown bleeding. I had fallen the day before and was very worried this bleeding was related. I was scared and called, was transferred to the nurse's line--she never called me back. I ended up in Urgent Care who sent me to ER. After the stress and expense of that I was released--hours and many tests later they no idea what was going on. The next day I called and left another voicemail for the nurse, saying I wanted help, for somebody to tell me how to wean myself off these hormones. Never heard back. Later that day I started a "normal" period! I called yet again on Friday morning , this time to leave a voicemail message with the front desk that I wanted a medical professional to call me. I did not hear back. I have never in my life been treated this way by a medical facility, I cannot even believe it. There is absolutely no excuse.

As expected, I did not need a hysterectomy. Of course, I never went back. BEWARE! Also the AC was broken and they offered me water from a urine sample cup. Of course I said no thank you. Just an unprofessional practice all around. I was never so degraded by a healthcare practice in my life. I have happily moved on to a REAL GYN doctor.

Acupuncture was something recommended to me for a loooong time…read more I was afraid and it seemed a very unusual treatment, also, did it work? So I just didn't go. It was just too different for me. And needles? Are you kidding? (Actually that made me kind of curious, how does it work?) But my health got pretty bad and I was willing to try anything to feel better. I started trying acupuncturists in the big city... I kid of lucked out, the third person I saw... wow! She was amazing. I saw her for years. Those visits healed and changed my life. I couldn't believe I had waited to long to try it, there were such profound results available to me after just a few visits with someone great. So I kept it up, she kind of became my therapist, life coach, doctor all in one. I was very happy and told all my friends who were interested in acupuncture. (Who agreed, so I have some credit here on knowing a good acupuncturist when I get poked by one.) Unfortunately, I had to move too far away for visits - I could no longer see her. In my new location, I started searching and searching for someone as good. I tried several acupuncturists, and the experience was... okay. Sometimes even very strange. And one, kind of terrible, to be honest. But I wasn't going to give up. I knew how much wellbeing there was possible, I knew how good it COULD be. After two YEARS of looking, I found Julia Shengaout! This acupuncturist is one of the best in the country-IMHO! She really knows what she is doing, is caring and listens. I have been a patient for a long time and she is stellar. Her insight on acupuncture points, her bedside manner and her administrative perfection are an incredible combo that is truly rare. If you are considering acupuncture, or considering traveling a little further outside your area, she is worth it! It's a dreamy cloud of rest and relaxation and I feel amazing every time I visit her. I'm so grateful that I found her and I want to save you time searching for someone else and also tell you, the time in these sessions is a gift to yourself. It is deep care. And it might seem unusual at first, but the rewards are INCREDIBLE. I rely on acupuncture as part of my overall care for many years and over that time it has helped me with asthma, allergies, back pain, joint pain, depression, stress, anxiety and worry, etc. It's not just the acupuncture itself, it's the whole visit, the realization, the consultation, the advice that is given and it's a very holistic approach to wellness. I have let the sessions feeling hopeful, happy and yes... blissed out. In the middle of the countryside is one of the best acupuncturists around. GO. If you have the opportunity, schedule a few visits. It's a cumulative effect and it really becomes a safe haven to have this special time/space for recovery and exploration. (I had started because I heard it could help with fertility - there are so many benefits!) Okay, it's obvious I'm obsessed. But when you find something that works when others fail, you get passionate. I hope you have a great experience - I certainly did! Thank you thank you thank you Julia Shengaout!

I had a wonderful first time surgery experience with Dr. Frederick and the rest of my care team from North Fulton Outpatient Surgery center. My husband & sister were very impressed with Dr. Frederick as well as he took the time to explain the procedure to them the day of and answered all of their questions.
