I requested a consultation to determine if this 8 Constitution style Acupuncture would work for me. However Seoung failed to return any of my calls that I left on his voicemail. Clearly he doesn't care about his patients, all he cares about is collecting prompt payment and nothing more. No wonder Blue Cross and Blue Shield won't contract with him. I've had daily headaches for the last 3.5 years and have seen a number of doctors to try to treat it with minimal results. I am so happy to have found Dr Jee! He treated me successfully for my painful heartburn which I don't deal with anymore but most importantly for my menopause symptoms. I was afraid to try acupuncture, but I had so much pain with my herniated disc in my back and I did not want to have back surgery again. The 8 Constitution Acupuncture method is essentially painless and has given me some immediate relief after every visit. When he started treating me on April 25 I was barely walking, in excruciating pain and having back spasms multiple times a day. I have been to a few acupuncture clinics and they work well for situations in the moment, but did nothing for a chronic condition that I was having. I found Dr. Jee's practice by chance in San Ramon, but really believe was by divine purpose. He has helped me with many ailments I had and we are still working on one at the moment. Yes, I would highly recommend going to or at least consulting with Dr. Jee before going anywhere else. I have been receiving treatments from him now for 1 month and I can't thank him enough. Long story short (as possible;.)...due to imbalances in my body I'd been experiencing what I now Know to have been Severe Anxiety attacks, the kind that feels like you're having a heart attack. Even though I believed I was having real heart attacks during those episodes, I know that they weren't because I have been to the emergency room 3 times in the last year, I have had to wear a heart monitor for two weeks, given every sort of test you could imagine and prescribed different medications, despite all of that the attacks seemed to have gotten worse than the previous and were happening more often. Needless to say all of that brought on even more anxiety. I had been treated by a different Acupuncturist using traditional acupuncture once before some 5 years ago with good results so I thought, I wonder if Acupuncture could help in this situation. This was my first time experience with acupuncture and I am soooooo glad it was with Dr. Jee. I purchased three sessions for my acne, and didn't know what to expect. My first visit, I was welcomed with a smile into a bright, clean office. Dr. Jee was very informative. He explained his methods and his "8 Constitution" techniques in way that was clear and easy to understand. Also, upon administering my first treatment, he explained everything he was about to do (and WHY) before he did it. Because there are no needles stuck in the body, and left for a period of time, the actual treatments themselves were relatively pain-less and SWIFT. I could hardly feel anything. And there are also no side effects. I can honestly say each treatment was no longer than 5-10 minutes in duration. Now after having three sessions, the skin on my face is showing noticeable improvement, less redness and irritation and less bumps and breakouts. I am very pleased with the progress in such short amount of time. Dr. Jee is an easy person to communicate with regarding my issues. I have had back pain since I was 19 years old due to lifting a box with too much weight and never got it looked at, ever. I have pain in both shoulders for about 10 years that was diagnosed as Rheumatoid arthritis via x-rays at Kaiser Permanente. I developed a recent pain in my left foot/ankle in a strange place being at the top of my foot as it attaches to my shin bone but is hard to pin point because there is no swelling and touching it does not hurt, but, once i move my foot around then I get sharp pains on either side of the middle of my foot/ankle area. Then placing weight on it sends extreme pain as I try walking. I had recent x-rays taken showing tendinitis and osteoarthritis in this area also. ------- I started seeing Dr. Jee around August 6, 2019. I found his service through YELP and was curious about the description of 8-Constitution Acupunture. Upon arrival in the office, I picked up the brochure in the front office and read a little of it before seeing Dr. Jee. I explained my symptoms to Dr. Jee who then had me lie down on the bed and he proceeded to do his acupuncture steps with only 1 needle. I was wondering what this would do as he was not leaving any needles inserted in different parts of my body as I had seen in the movies/tv series. It took approximately 15 minutes and I was out of there. I noticed a slight difference in my pain after a few hours of leaving Dr. Jee's office. I kept going twice per week for sessions with Dr. Jee. My most recent visit was last Monday Sept. 17, 2018 and I reported to him that most of my pain had diminished considerably by as much as 50% and more on the different locations. I am able to sleep better. Dr. Jee recommended that I follow the 8-Constitution diet plan for my body type that he diagnosed as being Hepatonia body type. I saw Dr Jee for Incontinence which is a completely separate treatment from the lower back pain, Inflammation in my legs and feet from past chemo/steriod treatments and carpal tunnels that was all miraculously cured and healed after 7 visits of the Composition treatment by Dr Jee. For Incontinence I had tried 3 meds that didn't work and had side effects on top of that. Stopped the meds, was going to have a bladder pacemaker implanted but held off because I found Dr Jee. I have had traditional acupuncture in the past which had helped me with tendonitis and other maladies. I had to find a new practitioner who accepted my insurance. My doctor's office suggested Dr. Jee because of a patient who spoke highly of his technique. The 8 Body Constitution is not like regular Chinese acupuncture. Dr Jee has you fill out a medical form and list the ailments you would like him to work on. He then will take different pulse readings on your arm and from that he can formulate a plan on one of the 8 body types that fits you. He doesn't reveal which one it is until he has you go home and take note of how you are feeling, good, bad or indifferent. He then gives you a list of what foods and exercises that are the most beneficial for your body type. There were only 5 foods that were total no-nos for me so it has not been difficult at all. I don't know how it works but it does. One of the things I really enjoy about the treatment is the brevity of it. You are not lying down for over an hour with needles in different parts of your body being tweaked every 15 minutes. I have been very happy with the results and Dr Jee never keeps you waiting and always greets you with a smile and asks how his treatment is working for you.
