We had a selection of the probably what is the typical American order (lol) -- butter chicken, saag paneer, fish curry, garlic rosemary naan (the dishes come with rice). All I needed was some mango lassi to make it complete. :-) We ordered our entrees with a spice level of medium, which thankfully came out to be a good western-level of medium spice. It was a spicy that you could definitely taste and feel; but it wasn't painfully spicy. Each of the entrees were deliciously creamy, packed with flavor. The garlic rosemary naan had a small hint of rosemary (I wish there was more) but it was a good change from our usual garlic naan. Each entree comes with rice and they will bring you more if you need more. I'm only disappointed that we couldn't stop eating all our food and got so full that we had no space to try their kheer for dessert (i loooooove kheer). Next time, I'm making sure to leave room for dessert.

The butter chicken was one of the best I've ever had, it was made with tandoori chicken in a fragrant delicate sauce . The dosa came with soup and different sauces to put in it. It was crispy and delicious. The biryani had generous amounts of goat, and was good. To me, it had a bit too much spices and borderline tasted like perfume. Overall great place and will definitely be back.

Random Google search uncovered new food truck in area.... Indian, which had been craving for…read moreweeks... so. Took a chance. The guys running Yummy Spice Indian Food Truck were very friendly and helpful. Turns out they just opened shop on Saturn, across the street from the Welby Credit Union, formally known as JSC. The young guy taking, and, I assume, preparing my meal was quite helpful and suggested a dish to try.( I failed to clarify, and way over ordered, which is not necessarily out of character)... I began with an order of Samosas... One order=2 pieces... Be sure you order enough for everyone to enjoy one... However, the two were nearly enough to do me in. They are larger than appear, .i suppose. Perfectly fried and held their heat the short drive home, no problem. A little, mild spice, but accentuated by the lingering, "oven hot." Absolutely delicious! Again, enough that I had to take pause before even thinking of digging into my main course. A Paneer Pulav that I figured would provide Friday's lunch, even before the filling samosas. It was quite tasty, but lacked any real heat. I figure this was most likely due to my not even inquiring about spice levels when ordering... It was a non issue, however as there was flavor for days. Perfect pander and fragrant rice. The amount of food, will easily feed me all day, today. I would guess a single order would provide 3 adults with a satisfying meal. Order Samosas, and you have a day of left overs. Prices are very reasonable, if you don't over order. Service was friendly and quick. If you so desired, they have created a small Oasis at the quiet end of the Chevron station. Picnic tables, Astro turf, soft lighting, and ambient music filtering from the kitchen would make for a pleasant spot to enjoy the cooler evening air, if you would rather not rush home to eat. I am looking forward to the suggested dish, and am in no way bothered by having enough to feed myself mist of the weekend. I will absolutely be back, again. They offer delicious looking, Mango Lassis, Fresh juices, Chai Tea, and a variety of milkshakes to help control spice, and round out your meal. I look forward to trying some. Highly recommend!
