I was called the day before and the day of my wedding day because she is unorganized and goes back on her word of letting you bring vendors in. You will be served 10oz cups of beer in a can and the bar will be closed multiple times throughout the night with no one to cover the bartender. The lady who runs this business will be rude, unprofessional and every guest noticed especially me the bride! For vendors being brought into this place good luck is all I have to say. At the end of the night the woman who was "running the show" went into a guests car and took out beer that we had previously from our ceremony venue that was in a different place. And then she continued to call the cops because she felt threatened about stealing herself. Let's just say this won't be a night to forget that's for sure and I am super disappointed all together with this establishment so please do your research and just pay a little extra for a nice venue, professional staff and good food - which apparently we ran out of and wasn't even good according to guests.

Barb was spot on for coordinating the ceremony and helped me when my bridemaids were struggling with my bustle. Valerie was great with answering every question that I could think of to ask. Since pandemic wedding is insanely stressful and sometimes you need someone to bounce ideas off of to make sure your making the right decisions in terms of how the wedding will go. I definitely had a blast. The ceremony was beautiful. Country lane flowers pairs really well with crystal gardens since Edward knows the venue quite well. The celebrity ballroom is beautiful it is well spaced for about 100 people and it has a nice bar inside of it and bathrooms. Blue uplighting and personalized decor seem to be nice touches that you could make to it. I also loved the gold chairs in here. They served nice plated appetizers. We upgraded the bar highly recommend that. We got champagne for toasts which was yummy. I was able to request my favorite wine. The dinner we chose prime rib, herb chicken and vegetarian lasagna plated. It was so good. We got green beans and roasted red potatoes with it. We also got their standard cake they served with their packages that was good I liked it served with the dessert shooters those were a hit. The entree also included salad that was good too. We had pizza served as a late night snack that was delicious as well. If people had issues with their food it was addressed right away and replacements were made. I was impressed with that. I liked that they moved extra tables for their outdoor patio so people could sit out there instead of all inside too. I bought to go containers that I gave to the bar to use for those that did not feel comfortable eating there. So that's another good idea to consider. Music was great and paired nicely with mobile rhythm entertainment for the reception. Everything was wonderful and happy Crystal gardens was able to make my dream wedding a reality.

It has a lot of cute lighting and it can fit a decent amount of people. We also used the bridal suite when getting ready and that is absolutely gorgeous. It's very spacious has lots of seating a mini fridge bathroom. It was amazing. They have a house DJ that they recommend you using and he was great. He really got the vibe of our group and kept the night going. I would highly recommend using this place as a wedding venue.

We got in pretty late from our flight, but the front concierge Jacob was very helpful! I am high on customer service especially since it's a huge part of my job in IT. Having Jacob display great service and being knowledgeable about the area as well as the benefits of staying was great! They did an amazing job with this hire. As far as the room, it was clean and modern. It came with a small refrigerator and a nice closet to hang or store your items. The bathroom was nice and bright and the shower had cool little dispensers for the soap and shampoo which actually smelled great! I am over the legal drinking age, but I look very young, when I approached the bar to ask what kind of beer they had - one of the bartenders gave me this snarky look and said "are you even allowed to drink? I need to see some ID" with so much attitude fair I get it - I look like i'm under 21, but I actually left my ID in my car and my fiancé had my keys so I went to go track him down somewhere else at the venue to get my ID. After retrieving my ID from my car my brother and my Fiancé decided to go with me so they could get drinks too. When we went back up to the bar my fiancé and my brother (who look almost as young as I do) got their drinks without being ID no problem. When I approached a different bartender was there and she started to get my beer no problem. The other bartender from earlier who ID me stopped her and said "oh no. She's not old enough to drink" with the same attitude, then I showed them my ID and proceeded to get my beer. The only downside if any is that if you're looking for a modern dining room...this isn't it. Don't let that deter you, though. Finally...while this is a golf course and obviously has a full bar, they have a few NA options, too.

It's very welcoming and because of the number of golf and social events it's easy to meet other members. But what makes Lakelands special is the staff. They work hard at keeping the club professional but relaxed and offering up good food, drink, golf and an environment that feels like an oasis from the daily grind. The golf course is almost always in wonderful shape despite a good amount of play and while it's short it is an excellent track for match play or to work on shots you don't find at other courses. Almost every hole has multiple options for how to play it to accommodate any caliber of play.
