I like the clean, fresh look of the clinic, which is located a short walk from Eglinton TTC station. Laura is easily the best RMT I have tried in Toronto. I started with her at another clinic and followed her to Shey. She is very thorough with her pre-treatment interview and post-treatment review (recommending exercises, etc). And her technique is excellent. She has helped me greatly with a shoulder injury. The other RMT David is also superb. What's great is that their technique and overall approach are very similar; so I'm happy to get treated with either one of them. The office manager David keeps everything running smoothly. The online booking system works well, and they still answer the phone and reply to e-mails very quickly. I also appreciate that they have a social conscience. They are a small business doing everything right, and definitely worth a try. You won't be sorry.

A young female hair dresser had colored and cut it. Between tbe gorgeous red color I picked that had turned out fabulous. And the cut very professionally done. I am in awe. After I posted my review (you can see my previous review below) the owner of the salon emailed me directly. Not only did she apologize, but she explained things (why they've been short staffed, why it's been hard to get in touch, etc), without trying to excuse them and then she laid out her plan of solutions. It really was the definition of how to win back a customer. I went back today and couldn't have had a better experience. Big props to the young woman running this bustling business- a one-woman show- with integrity and respect. I booked my appointment online, which was very quick and easy. The staff were all friendly and incredibly attentive. All my previous issues seem to be a distant memory. I will definitely be going back. My previous review: Cute interior, good location, but poor customer service and a lack of communication between the employees. I've been a few times, hoping once I got into their grove, things would improve. I can't even count the number of unreturned voicemails I've left. Literally a week will go by and my voicemail (during business hours because the phone goes unanswered regularly) will never be returned. I haven't found any of the staff particularly friendly. There's a candy bar at the front and a coffee machine but I've never seen anyone be offered a drink. The nail services themselves are good. I think it would be fun for a bachelorette party or a group of girls since you could take over and make it what you want.

This place is beautiful with awesome service. Although their prices are a bit higher, you really are getting what you pay for.
