This soap craft/ maker space operates similarly to a clay café, where you choose from a number of soap elements and mix 'em up in wild combinations: soap types, such as coconut, aloe, etc + vegan colours + a huge selection of yummy fragrances. Pick a fun soap mold from the hundreds they have to choose from, melt and mix your soap, pour it in, refrigerate for 5 minutes and soaps are done! So easy, so fun! There are add-ins like pumice, herbs, etc, too. Once you're done, they'll package it all up for you and then it's home to the tub! Oh, and while you wait for your soap to harden, enjoy some tea and a snack! It's all part of the package! This would be an amazing place for a birthday party for kids, a bridal shower, a Sunday adventure with friends or family, or even a date to craft some romantic keepsakes together. Very disappointing!! Don't waist your money!! The girl was very rude when we went to counter to announce our arrival for reserved spot. She kept speaking french eventhough all the people in group were ok with English and she agreed to speak English. To top it off, she couldnt speak English. Only a fraction of the soap bases were available. The red sparkles were all finished. Only 4 color dyes available (red, blue, brown and green). There were many essential oïl bottles but they were either empty or you couldnt even make out the hand written label identifying them. The class is said to be 2 hours when in reality only 45 minutes. read more

I got a Groupon for Tan Tan Kat and I used it the week I bought it - it was the best time out. We got there a little late so it limited our time (we could have stayed there for hours) but we made due. We left with all kinds of different soaps we got to make. Theres maybe 35 scents, and a hundred+ different molds. It's very cute and the two girls who run it are incredibly friendly and offer you tea, help, and advice whenever you need it. When we were leaving, we found out they also have candle-making workshops and we booked one on the spot. I do love it very much, however it can be expensive when everything begins to add up (more soap bases mostly, we just spent more on their own expertly crafted creations). 10/10, definitely recommend as a fun date idea or for a fun, novelty time. read more
