My daughter was so worried about how it was going to look. She wanted me to go in with her but from the time she met Breanna until it was over. She felt so comfortable. Breanna went above and beyond to me for my daughter. She even walked her to my car with her umbrella bc it was drizzling. Even after her appointment. I messaged asking questions and she never made me feel like I was a bother. She was so carrying and even cared and asked how her pageant went. I went to the club, canceled and had to take screenshots of proof we canceled because they didn't have the ability to make copies. We had to cancel our debit card because in less than 2 months time they charged $235 for a stupid month to month membership that they claimed we could cancel anytime! Asked the GM to call me and never would or did. Went back in to ask why we weren't canceled and sent an employee to discuss it all despite being 10 feet from me. Then told me about the cancelation charges $32.95 x 3 and the months after I canceled that I still owed and she WOULDN'T honor my request until I paid in full. They were NOT up front about anything and was completly blind-sided. I only got a copy of the contract because I asked the slimy collection company, Aldous, to validate my debt and they sent me a copy of the so called contract. I WILL fight this and next step is with Alabama Attorney General. When the government shutdown is over I will contact the FTC and submit a complaint regarding this business, Anytime Billing and Aldous & Associates. I am submitting a complaint to BBB even though this might not have as much of an effect. The other thing I will add is the brief time we did go they were frequently out of paper towels to wipe machines down, signs posted about they would not turn down the AC/fans on below 75 and to just deal with it (was usually warm in the small building space) The soap dispensers were frequently out in the bathrooms. Most of the staff was nice and helpful, but absolutely helpless to assist us with the issues with cancellation. If they allowed their true feelings to be known they wouldn't have a job. Please avoid these sleezy gyms!!!!

However, with what I got and the price I paid, I definitely feel taken advantage of. I should have opted in for the 'monthly membership' and then cancelled once I came out of the booth. The spray tan lasted maybe 3ish days, even with not showering for a full 24 hours, and not using any soaps or exfoliators. Friendly enough sales front desk attendant, however, not my cup of tea overall, and I wouldn't go back.

First, can't say enough about the customer service at this location. Staff were really nice and knowledgeable about membership vs pay as you go and the variety of options available including durations, etc. Really made it hard to not sign up on the spot. They have a variety of options from spray to lay down bed's to stand up units. Gave me a tour and answered any questions I had. Gave me a break down of pricing and explained the specials that were going through the month of March (really a good deal). If you've ever considered doing some tanning, just to get a base or for other reasons (never knew all of them until this visit), these guys have a really nice facility and a great staff, I'd recommend checking them out.
