I told that to the woman at the front desk and she showed me all the beds. She explained the prices and features of each bed. The one month for the silver was cheapest. I knew doing it for three months was a better deal, but I'm going to be travelling for a whole month in a few weeks, so it would've gone to waste. She explained that the silver bed burned people more than the others, but I explained I was on the budget. She was very nice and suggested we just start me at a low time. I did 7 minutes the first time I went in, with no burn, sting or redness. Second time I bumped it up to 8, still good. Today I'm going to do 9 minutes and see. The beds are always clean and I love how warm they are. Great customer service and inexpensive prices. It's also nice to be able to go to any location.

On top of that, the waiting area had no distancing with folks sitting right next to each other packed in like sardines. No sanitizer available or regular sanitizing of the card machine every patron touches. This place is not using safe practices. If this salon would do their part to help in stopping the spread, I would happily take down or modify this review, but it was just awful and very scary

After months of spray tanning fit into my schedule, my routine is 2x per week I shower after work,…read moreput on the lotion for the salon, and run over there in clothes to sleep in. Then I go home and just in bed, shower in the morning, and am happier when I look on the mirror. At the end of a bad day, self care is amazing. Yesterday I was told that my package expired the day before. And she could not offer me a tan unless I pay money right now. That's 2x every week that someone could have said something when I came in. So I was standing there half dressed after running there without my wallet starring into the eyes of a child that doesn't even know yet what it feels like to actually Need selfcare, telling me oh well. It was 840pm and she had someone waiting for her outside again. It was such a let down and a disappointment. But the disappointment was in myself for expecting any personal service for my money, and that the next generation of women could be better than the last. (I don't miss living with my parents and not having bills....) I started going in for spray tans in February in West Salem. They had nice comfortable rooms and friendly, knowledge girls. Only problem is people do not answer the telephone. When I discovered the South Salem location closer to my house, I took a chance and paid 200 for 3months of spray tanning and another 50 of lotions that were supposed to help the spray last longer. It doesn't, but lotions moisturize. This location isn't as nice; smaller rooms and no shelves. From May-July I went 2x per week. I meet 4 employees: 3 blonde hair blue eyed girls and 1 with dark hair and blue eyes. The brunette was always working, not one time did I come or go and see her sitting and messing with her phone. She was the only person that I ever saw use the vacuum. And the other 3 girls- Not one time did I ever see any of them anywhere but sitting behind the counter. Never cleaning, never trying to upsell, just sitting there talking to each other or on their phones. I say all of this because the Very Least thing your employees could being doing while sitting there is to to call clients BEFORE their packages expire. And you should provide a free session when the person is not notified. You're paying these people anyway. Why would you have such a nice business reputation and such horrible customer service? I love the spray tanning, but you may want to find a nicer location with customer service. Beauty is still only skin deep.

Life-Changing Care at Phiz Spa…read more If you know me, you know my fasting story. Consistent, clean intermittent fasting completely changed my life. My body healed in ways I didn't expect--aches disappeared, migraines stopped, my energy soared. It truly felt like I had discovered the reset button for my health. But then... perimenopause arrived. Along with it came consistent hip pain and those life disrupting hot flashes. Both of these perimenopause symptoms were disruptive and intensely frustrating. That's when I started working with the team at Phiz Spa and added peptide therapy to what I was already doing with fasting. And here's the wild part... I woke up recently and realized something: my hips haven't hurt in weeks. Weeks! I didn't even notice when the pain quietly disappeared. On top of that, my hot flashes have dramatically calmed down. Where before the hot flashes were aggregating and fully disrupted my train of thought or sleep, they are barely a blip on my radar now! For me, fasting will always be the foundation of my health--it's the game-changer that transformed my body. But adding peptides through Phiz Spa has been an incredible complement. It feels like my body finally has the support it needs during this perimenopause season. Knowing these peptides support collagen, muscle repair, and recovery makes the changes make sense. What I appreciate most is that the team here truly listens. Erin helped me find solutions that support my body--not just quick fixes. If you're navigating midlife changes, stubborn aches, or just want to feel like yourself again, I can't recommend Phiz Spa enough. **Fasting changed my life.
