Michelle always has great advice about lotions and actually knows what she is talking about, oppose to other salons that hire on teenagers who have no idea what is going on. On a couple different occasions she has even let me try her own tanning lotion sooo SCORE! I hate nothing more then spending a ton of money on a lotion and then end up getting that after tan smell (burnt.) They always have new bulbs in there beds and post which beds have them so customers are aware. After talking about which bed level was better a two or a three they upgraded me for the day letting me try the higher bed because I liked it so much....needless to say I upgraded as soon as my ten minutes was up.

The employees are horrible and make you feel like your inconveniencing them by visiting. It's been an issue for awhile but has only gotten worse. Their comments and tone are not only unwelcoming but they are offensive. Going to tan or spray tan should not be a stressful event but due to the lack of professionalism and customer service, it certainly is. Asking a question or wanting to make a change or maybe even showing up is met with attitude and rudeness. Peyton is the worst but there are several rude employees. This situation got so bad that I cancelled and changed to a salon that farther from my home, has inferior equipment and isn't as clean. That's how uncomfortable the staff made me feel. (: I walked in & told them it was my first time there and I just needed to get a spray tan in one of their booths. They got my name in the system & were very informative with all of the information I needed to know and also, great recommendations for which color I should go with. It was a fair price, $43 with tax. They took me back to the room, had lip balm, towels, nose plugs, wipes, etc. for you to use before/after your spray tan. They add in the color for you and when you're ready you hop in and your spray tan starts! Super easy process, takes about 5 minutes. I am very pleased with my first time there & will be coming back very soon to get more spray tans! The color looks amazing!! I am not a tanning bed girly so I can't give a review on that. But, I can tell they take great care at this location. It was very clean & smelled good in there as well.

The share ideas were "wedding or vacation" while I went with wedding glow I feel like my tan was super dark. Not a complaint just much darker than I was expecting. Cannot imagine what vacation would look like. You get what you pay for!

The women's restroom was out of order with no sign to indicate that but after waiting for someone to come out for quite awhile i went to counter to ask them if i needed a key and without looking at me the lady said its out of order. A sign would be nice. Biggest thing i disliked was the dryers they are more expensive then other places like $0.65 for 6 minutes and took way longer then other places to dry.
