I was reassured that I wouldn't be charged and that the suspension would cover the 1 month it takes to actually cancel the membership. not only did I not receive any information regarding the suspension or cancellation via email I was charged again a week later for another month. this is very frustrating to me because it was so easy for them to get me all the information QUICKLY to sign up for the membership but now that I need to manage it they are very slothful in that. again the lady who did my wax was great and I hope soon she branches out and gets her own wax spot. As far as front desk goes better training may be needed in membership management and customer request follow through.
