I have had to wait up to 2 hours for her to call back and then I end up having to call them again. I have also asked to speak with the manager it never happens. Beware and stay away as they do not do what they tell you they will do for you. I had to contact my bank to get the charge disputed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I send photos to my policy's contact, and despite the damages, they estimate it at $1400, which is entirely insufficient. The repair shop confirms extensive damage but won't take my car without an accurate estimate. After persistent calls, they reluctantly authorize using a "used" door and fixing the bumper, refusing to update the estimate despite the shop's recommendation for a new one, displaying rude behavior. Unacceptable service, an incompetent response evident in the photos and their assessment. GEICO's solution is to leave me without a car for months. Never again, GEICO.
