I have nothing but great things to say about this insurance agency. When I moved from Oklahoma, and…read morepurchased a house in Florida, I could not believe how difficult it was to get insurance. The first contract I had in place fell through because I could not find an insurer who would insure the house for less than my monthly mortgage payment. When the same thing happened for my second house, I panicked. I started calling every random insurance agent I could find. I don't know how it happened, but for some reason, on the fifth or sixth call, I was connected with Jose Raudales. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did. Jose helped me through the process. He literally helped me pay 60% less than what I was being quoted elsewhere. He helped me find an inspector, and unlike nearly everyone else involved in closing my sale, he called me to update/check on me continuously as the date approached. I have nothing but the strongest recommendation for them.

I do not recommend this Insurance Agency. I have had to contact them multiple times regarding a…read morepayment that was posted on my bank account for a vehicle that I no longer own. I asked to have it refunded back to me and of course it was not done. They constantly put you on hold for up to 30mins. If you try to explain to the Rep what is needed she talks over you. The Rep also cuts you off when you are trying to speak. The rep will also state that she will call back and she never does. I have had to wait up to 2 hours for her to call back and then I end up having to call them again. I have also asked to speak with the manager it never happens. Beware and stay away as they do not do what they tell you they will do for you. I had to contact my bank to get the charge disputed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
