I asked to have it refunded back to me and of course it was not done. They constantly put you on hold for up to 30mins. If you try to explain to the Rep what is needed she talks over you. The Rep also cuts you off when you are trying to speak. The rep will also state that she will call back and she never does. I have had to wait up to 2 hours for her to call back and then I end up having to call them again. I have also asked to speak with the manager it never happens. Beware and stay away as they do not do what they tell you they will do for you. I had to contact my bank to get the charge disputed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Segui esperando, luego a las 5:15pm volvi a preguntar cuanto me faltaba y me dijeron que tenia 1 persona delante de mi que si tenia mucha hambre que fuera a comer y que se iba a tardar como 1hora. Al cabo de los 30 minutos regreso y me quedo tranquila esperando, pero veo que le dicen a 2 personas delante de mi que ellos son los próximos. Estuve esperando hasta las 5:45pm para ser atendida pero nunca paso, no te dicen que se va a tardar "solo que tengo que esperar y que no hay nada que ellos puedan hacer". No recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto!
