Faith ordered the piece for $1500 and the following week she called to say it was in. She removed the topper hair piece from a box that said "Jon Renau." The piece also had a tag which said, "Jon Renau." I examined it very carefully turning it over to inspect the weft which held the hair. I was pleased because it had a lot of hair throughout the weft. Then Faith took the piece and said she had to go back to the stock room and remove the piece from inventory. She took the piece from me and went to the back room for a considerable amount of time. She returned with it all wrapped up and put it back in the original box. I returned home and took the piece out, examined it and realized it was not what I ordered or inspected in her store. The weft had lot less hair woven in, plus the tag had been removed. I called immediately to tell her of my concern. She denied that she had changed pieces. I called again the next day to tell her I wanted to return it. She refused to even consider a return. Very underhanded, this operation.
