The driver lies about the ETA all the time, every time I called to get and update on where he was he said he was going to be there in 30 minutes or 15 minutes. I called On Star around 8:55 PM and got picked up around 12:40 AM. This is not even a "fair" service. Worst experience ever. I rather pay overpriced that have this service again. That day I lost more than $200 because I was unable to get to a concert because the towing truck took forever to get to us. These are some of the very serious deficiencies from Ted & Stan's: - Lies to the customer about their ETA - Won't answer the phone. I had my boyfriend to call him because he won't pick up when I called. - Arrived and didn't introduce himself. I had to approach him and ask if he was the person I was waiting for.
