After telling them this wasn't going to look good online they got upset and reluctantly offered to repair for free. At this point I didn't trust them with my phone. The conversation had gotten a little salty on their end by this time. So I paid over $200 for a repair that didn't take. I do not recommend this place. UPDATE we agree to disagree. You have a faulty product and I stand behind my original post. Had you not been so rude and condescending we may have worked out a solution.

We went there to purchase a small piece of wire for our furnace which we have been having problems…read morewith and got there before 9:00 on a Saturday morning. Yes they had the wire we needed, but no they wouldn't sell it to us bc you have to be a contractor and have an account with them. Gee, sure would've been nice to know that before driving from Westerville to Grandview. I looked at their website after the fact and I did find where it says Wholesaler, but I had to really look for it and didn't see it at first glance. But lots of wholesalers will still sell to you at an adjusted retail price. This makes it difficult to review this place. Even tho we were unable to get what we needed, the guy was decent and we liked the fact that they were open on a Saturday morning.

The refrigerator in my aunt's camper had been out of commission for a while. It was on the to-fix…read morelist, but the cost of having someone come to the camp grounds to look at it kept it as a low priority. As it happens, Kevin was at the camp grounds working on some other project. My aunt walked over and asked if he had time to come look at the fridge, just to see if it was a simple fix. Neither of us were expecting anything past a five minute check, but he ended up spending well over an hour looking at it and trying everything he knew to try and get it operational again. In the end, Kevin wasn't able to fix it, but he continued to go above and beyond. He called his appliance expert, and consulted with him, deciding it would not be an easy fix. Kevin then went to the RV repair place in town, talked to the man there, told him all about the situation, and gave him my aunt's number. He then called us and let us know that the man in town said he'd be in touch. This was all FAR more than we expected when we asked him to take a quick look! To say Kevin exceeded our expectations would be an understatement! A mere recommendation just doesn't do him proper credit. The level of customer service provided speaks for itself!

I had several issues that were one after another. None of the ongoing issues were due to anything AAA did or didn't do. My hot tub is a few years older and has been moved to my current home which contributed to the issues I had along with normal wear and tear and the prior company not fixing the original problem correctly. My ongoing issues came within hours to days after the prior repairs but AAA Spa and Pool Service were always professional and responsive to me and getting my hot tub taken care of before the cold weather hit which can make fixing a hot tub outside the home difficult or almost impossible till warmer weather. The staff and technicians were all great and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them!

The cabinet designer lacks imagination and people skills. After getting a design we were somewhat…read morehappy with, which took weeks because she never actually sat with us in front of a computer. When we looked at tweeking a few things to make the price more affordable she switched the cabinets to a cheaper quality one. They don't even have a model for to look at, it's nice to know the designer has these cabinets in their house, but that isn't relevant to my purchase. Most of the design process had to be done via email as directed by them, what could have taken a few hours together took months. Finally after unreturned calls and emails, which had other questions, we purchased from another small business locally.
