The specialists themselves are great, but it's almost impossible for them to give a fully hands-on, focused experience when they're simultaneously trying to run the entire front-of-house. I understand wanting to cut costs, but the administrative side of the experience is too important to overlook. Even a part-time receptionist or intern would make a huge difference in the flow and overall customer experience. I genuinely like this location, but whether I return will depend on whether they improve this operational inefficiency. If you're in a rush or need a quick, smooth in-and-out appointment, this may not be the ideal location for you at the moment.
