We called around and got a few quotes and Michael was the only person that was honest and straight forward. Other companies told us we would need to pay a fee for them to pull a permit or re-roof the entire house and Michael straight up told me that due to the size of our job, a permit wasn't required by the city and that most of the roof was still in good shape!
