Since April, I have submitted multiple work orders, called maintenance, sent emails, and provided photos documenting that my air conditioner repeatedly stops working. My apartment has reached 85 degrees, and my children's upstairs bedrooms become even hotter. I have had to purchase additional fans and continue paying higher electric bills because the AC will only run on the fan setting. After months of repeated requests, I still do not have a permanent solution. I hope corporate reviews my maintenance history because residents deserve timely communication, follow-up, and repairs that actually resolve the problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

It was their sewage system and the place was a wreck, it took them 2 days to do anything! So we sat in water for 2 whole days and all they did was put big fans up. Do not plan on putting thing nice outside, flowers etc. because when they have people working outside they destroy and do not clean it up. They also enter into your apartment announced. They give news letters specifying when they will be entering your house and do not stick to the given times. The apartments all always reek of weed. The neighbors are crazy. The ones located to my right told me they were going to slit my throat bc I asked her to please be quiet one late night. They are horrible. It's definitely new owners as far as the maintenance man. I read a review where they were all druggies well like I said that was years ago, cause I assure you, the maintenance man on this property definitely do not do drugs. They are renovating all of the apartments. They have recently redid all the plumbing. They are about to re-face the outside. Do landscaping dumpsters are still a little iffy. I found that some of the management team are a little blunt as I will say but the guy that runs the office now he's awesome Gage but they keep the property up up-to-date as far as I can tell, but yeah, the riffraff that's in any any apartment so I would definitely give this place of four as far as the hallway smelling like urine that's comical some apartment smell like urine and they do not have roaches running around everywhere. Whoever said that there was roaches everywhere was at your apartment or was it the whole building? I don't know I've been here a year and a half and I've seen one roach total and if something breaks, they fix it. You have to put in a work order, but they come and fix it so I would recommend this place because it's cheap and they're renovated apartments now

Anyways, there's a bunch of cockroaches that I've seen around the area and in the bathrooms/walls, and the bug sprayer guy never came by after requesting them a few times.
