These are some of the best tamales I have ever had. I'm extremely picky about the meat having any fat on it or gristle in the tamale. If I find any of that, it's a done deal and I will not be eating. Very tasty but sells out fast. I recommend you call ahead as I drove 20 minutes to arrive 45 minutes before closing and they had already sold out of green chili which was the primary reason we went there. This is truly one of the hidden gems of Greeley. Tucked away in a shop that does not look like much from the outside, lurks a tasty treat. They are not lying with their name. These are some of the best tamales I have ever had. It's incredibly easy to just walk in and order a dozen, and they bag they give you stays warm for a very long time, so no need to worry about anything cooling down on the ride home. Wow is all I need to say. The tamales are amazing. I got pork with red chili mild. They are holy amazing! The gentleman at the register was super nice and they even give military discount! I am going back to see if they make any frozen that I can take home. I live about 1.5 hrs away but was up here for a doc apt and thought why not.
