I moved to northern Colorado in 2007, and didn't discover MiGallo until 2012. So I guess you could say I didn't really didn't LIVE in noco until 2012. While it may not seem like much to the passers by, this little place puts straight heart into what they do. You can tell from the second you walk in the door, no matter who you are your welcomed like family, and treated like so. They serve you up in what my humble opinion is by far the best Mexican cuisine in NOCO!! read more

Mi Gallo Giro is an absolutely fantastic place for tex-mex. Breakfast burritos to cheeseburger and fries! They have the very best breakfast burritos in Weld County. Even though I cannot have the flour tortilla due to Celiac, they can still make me a gluten-free breakfast burrito in a to-go container! AWESOME! Very clean kitchen and great people! Highly recommend! read more

Best burrito I've had in Colorado. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito. The tortilla was perfect (I.e. Transparent, soft, and stretchy), the cheese was evenly distributed and melted all the way through, the chorizo was not overpowering or greasy, and the potatoes were soft and well seasoned. A+ authentically delicious burrito. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly. read more
