I'm very surprised about the average of only three stars for all the previous reviews, although…read moreit's very laborious for me to read German and therefore I'm not going to bother reading those reviews. Anyway; we had a mid-afternoon lunch/dinner there yesterday and we were very pleased. For only *8.90 euros/person* (from 12-5 p.m.), they have an "all you can eat" arrangement. It's not a buffet because the food isn't on a table and you only take a small amount at-a-time, but it works nicely. What happens is that all of the (two-person) tables are adjacent to a sort of conveyer belt (within easy arm's reach). The food circles by the tables and it has two little sliding glass "doors" above each table. When you see something you want, you open the nearest glass "door" and take it. The refrigeration is maintained by keeping the glass "doors" closed. The selection was good, the food was delicious (I only ate sushi, but my husband also ate some of the other dishes and he said everything was really good) and the restaurant seemed quite clean. The young man who greeted us was pleasant, and he readily agreed to bring us tap water (a big issue for us in Germany, as I've previously alluded to).

We were welcomed with a grumpy face and the waitress said with an unpleasant tone : "Who amongst…read moreyou can speak german?". After one of our friends decided not to take the buffet menu, the waitress insisted that all of us should still take the buffet menu with an even grumpier face, stating that it would be easier for them. There were 8 of us and we all decided to get the hell out of this restaurant. One of the rudest services I've ever had.

To add to my multicultural experience in Germany, had dinner at Soy's Sushi. I was ready for some…read moresushi after gorging myself on schnitzel throughout my tour of Germany. Sat at the sushi bar and helped myself to the little morsels floating by on the sushi boats. Not the most variety, but a big shout out to Soy's for filling my sushi cravings.

What an horrible dinner. I went to Soy's Sushi with my…read moregirlfriend trying to have a nice meal after a long day. It was a Saturday, around 19:00. At this time they offer an All you can Eat system for 15 Euros. The first negative point happened as soon as we arrived. The place was relative packed and had only 2 sits free nearby the floating sushi boats. Instead of telling us to wait a bit, the sushi man (owner) said we needed to split. Noticing how rude the guy was, a group of friends kindly offered themselves to move one sit to the left. The first round os sushi came floating in the boats in front of us. They were really average, nothing special. The next Round of Sushi came after more or less 10 15 min, with exactly the same type of Sushi. Again, the next round, with exactly the same type. If you are looking for variety stay away from this place. In one and a half hour we saw 3 different varieties of Sushis (almost all of them with Avocado). That is it. But the final and unforgivable mistake was about to come. The sushi man after handling MONEY from other costumers started to prepare more sushi WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. I don't know if thats a normal behaviour here in Germany, but in the place where i come from that is an ABSOLUTE no go. Places have been closed at my country for less.

Fairly good food at a great price but unfortunately the service is not so good. The restaurant has…read morenice atmosphere, especially the downstairs area which has low lights and more private tables. I don't usually trust restaurants that serve more than one type of cuisine, so the sushi + Vietnamese thing made me a little hesitant, but the good Yelp reviews convinced me to give this place a try. Overall my meal was fine but the poor service left me feeling dissatisfied. I had the rice plate with the spicy sauce and chicken. The sauce was tasty and I was happy to see a lot of vegetables on the plate! My husband ordered the duck with peanut sauce but it came out with chicken. He informed the waiter, who ran off and came back with the notepad proving that he had written down the "correct" number for the chicken, not the duck. However, I was certain my husband had ordered the duck NOT chicken, but the waiter did not offer to correct the mistake, and we didn't feel like arguing with him, so we dropped it. Especially after we waited about 25 minutes to get the food in the first place. We also shared the sushi menu #3, which was fine. I noticed that they had screwed up an order at the table next to ours as well. It looked like they had forgotten one of the orders and the birthday girl was left without food for 15 minutes after the rest of the party had received their meals! When we were paying our bill we had another problem with the waiter. He seemingly tried to short change us, even though my husband told him how much change he wanted back (as is normal in Germany). The waiter kept insisting that we were saying a different number. I couldn't tell if he was trying to screw us over or if he just didn't speak much German. At one point he said something about us "needing the bill in Spanish", which we took as a jab. Not friendly, dude! So, even though the food was good enough, the experience with the unfriendly waiter was too much to overlook. 3 stars for food, 1 star for the service = an average of 2 stars.
