We use Tall Timbers Marina for all of our boat care and Storage. We have used Tall Timbers for over 10 years and I've never had a complaint. I would recommend Tall Timbers Marina to anyone in this area who needs boat service or repairs. Unlike some other complaints I have seen I understand why Tall Timbers only Services boats that they sell. It makes sense that they prefer to only work on established customer's boats. Worst customer service experience EVER! They told me I would have to wait months to have the oil changed on my new Yamaha Waverunner because I did not purchase it from their dealership. They are a diamond provider and when I called Yamaha corporate complaint department they were also unable to help. Imagine purchasing a car and being required to take it to dealer purchase to have any work performed. Tall Timbers Marina should have their preferred status revoked. read more
