Hopefully they figured it out. WE took our two Westies here to be groomed after my having such an awful time at Oh My Dog. WELL. WONDERFUL. That's all. Sarah was a groomer, and she was FAN.TASTIC. I used to show Westies - I KNOW I'm picky. I know not every groomer knows breed standards. I have made concessions for that in the past. With Sarah, I didn't have to. She was so detailed, and made SURE she knew what I wanted and expected. And didn't treat me like I was overbearing for asking for what I wanted. I paid $98 for both dogs - and couldn't be happier. She knows dogs. She's friendly. She's precise. She's professional. She frankly, saved my idea of finding a real groomer in Eugene. As far as the shop, I love all the swanky puppy toys and treats. It can be a bit pricey, but it's a specialty store, and if I'm looking for frilly and fun, I KNOW where I can get it. Frankly, as long as they keep Sarah, I'll MAKE a point to go in and spend. I get my pups toothbrushes there too - and even when I'm only spending $1.50 - they're still nice and grateful. Love this place.

I recognized her last name and realized I was in the right place. I will never for get the first phone call with LeeAnn and I cried through the whole phone conversation. I think I answered a couple of questions. One thing I didn't like about other dog trainers that I tried was all the games and confusing dog training style .With my very first appointment with them, they knew the problem and got on it immediately to help me and my lab. They were very good with helping me when I wasn't quite sure if I was doing the right thing. They are amazing. I took every class they recommended. I also did doggie day care with training two days a week for a month. I now have the very best relationship with my boy. The only place he stays when I go out of town and can't take him with is with LeeAnn and her team. He also has doggie daycare days. We are like family. I would highly recommend them for any of your dog care needs.

I originally reached out to Oregon Ruff Runners to help exercise my dog Obie while I was pregnant…read moreand after the birth of our baby. To be honest I thought we might just use ORR for a short time while I was pregnant and after the delivery of our baby but after I met Josh and saw how much Obie loves him I knew they would have a customer for life. Before booking runs with ORR, Obie was moderately exercised but as a large breed, working dog he needed more. Behaviorally he pulled a bit on the leash, had some separation anxiety, was frightened of and leash reactive with other dogs. Now though, Obie pulls less on our walks, has learned several useful commands (we did the additional brain games package in addition to the running) and is less reactive while on walks. As a rescue dog he has had some mild separation anxiety and seems to be more social and confident since going out with Josh. After each run Obie is happy for the entire day. Overall he seems more calm and peaceful after a run with Josh. Also, he has lost 3 pounds! One of my favorite things is when Obie sees Josh's car pull up he starts slowly wagging his tail and does a few of what we call "baby deer jumps", it's really sweet. I like to watch them run off together, Obie will look back to me just to double check everything's ok and then confidently turn to run again. It is really nice to see him be excited and not so worried about leaving my side. I am so happy we found Oregon Ruff Runners! They are flexible, affordable, up-to-date on training techniques, truly care about each dog's well being and care for the betterment of Eugene's dog community as a whole. Their newsletters and tips are fantastic and entertaining! I would highly recommend Oregon Ruff Runners!

She gets out and exercises which has increased her stamina, her strength, her overall health for sure and she gets to socialize with other dogs and hang out with Josh who is amazing! All I have to do is tell her Josh is coming today and she knows exactly what that means, she gets all excited and can't wait for her run. Josh is awesome with her, Sadie is a rescue and can be timid around new people but she knew right away she was safe with Josh and that was enough for me because if Sadie likes you, you're good people. Since I can't get Sadie out for the daily exercise she needs, this is perfect - it helps both of us as I don't have to feel guilty for working and she gets to make new friends. I highly recommend Josh & Oregon Ruff Runners - what are you waiting for - your dog deserves it and so do you!!
