Fitting rooms are big and clean with lots of seating and nooks for your personal items to not have to sit on the ground. I found amazing necklaces, a watch that I really love and many have tried to take from me as well as my favorite pair of earrings. While there I wondered what the wonderful smell was, throughout the store there were candles that they sell there. They are ribbon wick candles. Those are a little pricey but worth every penny. Once you use the whole candle the holders are nice enough to reuse as something else or a holder for another candle. It's a great place to find gifts for friends, girlfriends, wives, and co-workers. Everything I have purchased there has been great quality. I'm over due for a visit but plan to get myself a birthday present there.

In general, she says she always finds something that's good quality and a good value, and customer service is good. She described Nordstrom Rack as, "like a higher-end T.J. Maxx." Some examples of items she's purchased here include Stuart Weitzman shoes (her wedding shoes; they're beautiful), Madewell sweaters and T-shirts (lots of T-shirts), a French Connection sweater, a Theory dress (one of my favorites; she's worn it to my company's holiday party and to one of her company's events), and NEST New York scented candles (they smell good). Another reason she likes Nordstrom Rack is because she can return both Nordstrom Rack and regular Nordstrom items. Convenient. During our last visit, employee Marquis was fantastic. At checkout, my wife didn't know her Nordstrom credit card expired. Marquis got her on the phone with someone who helped her take care of everything. She was still able to get her Nordy Club points and Notes (loyalty rewards). This Nordstrom Rack is located in Buckhead, just off Georgia 400 Exit 2, near Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. It's in Buckhead Station, a two-story shopping center. On the weekends, Buckhead Station gets crowded and there are longer lines at Nordstrom Rack. During peak times, I suggest parking on the lower level where there is plenty of parking and no congestion. This Nordstrom Rack opened in 2010. It's the only Nordstrom Rack inside the perimeter.
