We read the sidewalk menu last night and based on advertised meals went inside. We decided ok fine we'll just order a pizza but noticed the tables around us being served pasta dishes. I asked a French couple next to us and they translated for us and we all found out the French were given a totally different menu from us with more choices. Not impressed by that in the least. I might be a foreigner but I am a most respectful guest and was annoyed by this. The French couple helped us order spaghetti bolognese which was ok but ever so nice of them. Would not return here.

The wine we were recommended was fantastic and reasonable. Around 20 Euro. We had to have a second bottle. The pizza was on the most tasty doughs I have ever had. My favorite was the mozzarella, tomato and arugula pizza. My husband and son loved the spicy pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, and peppers pizza. Cannot recall the name but that is what was on it. The sizes of the pizzas were generous as well. Wish that we are there again the next night. Had a bad experience the next night for almost twice the cost. I will leave my first trip to Europe with this restaurant as one of the highlights!

And be patient, there's only the owner doing everything. If there are no orders ahead of you, the wait is as little as 10 minutes. Some years ago we had a really good pizza in Italy and have been searching for something similar to no avail. At La Roulotte we finally found the perfect thin crust, wood fired pizza. We've tried fancy places in the US that claim to be Neapolitan pizza certified but honestly those can't even hold a candle to this place.
