She was not in the salon when I arrived on time for my appointment at noon and I was not taken until 40 minutes later by another manicurist. The owner's excuse for her absence was that she had a VIP client who took priority over me. Nobody should be treated in this unprofessional and rude manner.

We were looking all over as…read morewe were staying at the Wyndham resorts and could not find anything that was simple and easy just to get a trim. From the moment we walked in we knew that we loved this place. The owner is also a hairstylist and probably the manicures and pedicures but I didn't go that far. I asked for simple haircut and love what she did. She was also attended to the others they were walking in hugging all of their Puerto Ricans even though I don't speak the language.
