I pulled up on a busy Friday afternoon and walked in though the door expecting to enter an office, but found myself standing in the middle of a shop packed full of beautiful cars. I waited only a moment before Chuck peaked his head up over the dash of a fully restored ancient beauty. I told him my girl's top was sagging and he dropped his top to help me out. He spent about 20 minutes trying this and that until he found just the right thing to shore up my girl's droop. Cost? Free. He said it only took him a few minutes and was an easy fix. I tried to pay him, but he refused. Before he left I wanted to get his opinion on dying my suede side doors and he told me it would be too expensive. Clean it instead. Chuck saved me a lot of money all around! Yet another honest car genius. I'm thinking about what cars I can take to him for a paying gig. Either way, Chuck will get my business and anyone else I can send his way! Kisses Chuck!

Another well-known brake shop in town had given me an estimate that was more than four times the cost of what Tire & Brake Center ultimately charged me for the work my car actually needed. Needless to say, I was pretty surprised. The guys at Tire & Brake Center were straightforward about what needed to be done, did the work properly, and didn't try to pile on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. The price was very reasonable, and I appreciated being treated fairly. I'm not saying you should automatically distrust an expensive estimate -- but I am saying it's worth getting a second opinion. In my case, it saved me a considerable amount of money. Great service, fair pricing, and honest communication. I'll definitely be taking my car back to Tire & Brake Center. Highly recommended.
