Tony has been responsive, follows up and is great at communicating the process and next steps. Can't say enough about the business and the team that Tim DeMartini has there in Grass Valley. Kudos to the Dynamax team of Brain Clemens the GM of Dynamax RV and Forrest River as well. Brian is has been great and is one of the reason that we picked the Dynamax brand for our first RV.

We were in the area when we had issues with some of the outlets in our RV. Even though we didn't have an appointment scheduled, Tony had us drop in first thing on a Monday morning to take a look. Not only was it repaired, but he reached out to Newmar on our behalf and got the cost of the service covered for us. Tony and his staff really went above and beyond on our behalf. We highly recommend Tony and his staff at DeMartini. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating!

Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash. They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator. That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.

We wanted to restore the Airstream to its original condition and after searching all over we were unable to find replacement panels. In our searching, Sierra Trailer kept coming up in our searches as they had rebuilt a '65 Caravel, and they were only an hour drive from our home, so I contacted Vicki and she agreed to take a look at it. What they were able to do was magic, they were able to strip off the old bondo and smooth out all the dents and wrinkles to almost a new condition, which I never thought possible. They warned me that the process of restoring an airstream is expensive and Vicki was great in keeping me updated on all the costs. Her bookkeeping was meticulous and easy to understand. I really appreciate her and the incredible craftsmen that she employs, all the advise that she gave me and their combined knowledge base of Airstreams. I am pretty handy at doing projects like this, but at times you just have to get a professional involved, and I strongly recommend Sierra Trailer Restoration for your RV project. In addition to the body work, I had them rebuild all the windows, screens, install a new water heater and other small projects that I did not feel comfortable doing, and they were willing to do all of that. And to boot Vicki and her team are just really good people!
