Very impolite server as we entered the restaurant told us that they were not taking anymore…read morecustomers because she was the only server. There were clearly several empty tables available to sit. Keep in mind this was at 1pm on a Tuesday. If your going to turn people away at 1pm then maybe the opening hours should be changed at your restaurant... Really unfortunate that this experience has ruined our chance of every trying koko sushi again. We can and will not recommend a restaurant with this kind of service to anyone.

Second time we tried to reserve we were lucky to be accepted as guests in this small restaurant…read more The menu is short and not everything always available. The service was very courteous. Preparation takes time so we relaxed and were reminded of some travel experiences to Asia. The interior is simple and the lamp shades definitely have had better times but why change what works? The portion of edamame we ordered was delicious but a bit small. - The sushi: absolutely perfect. Never eaten better. The green tea tasted great. Now our favorite restaurant. Stay away if you don't have time. (Afterwards we had a small ice cream nearby and a walk over the adjacent "Domplatz" in Erfurt.) Beim 2. Das Sushi was phantastisch. Haben nie besser gegessen. Perfekt.

The crust was good with a chewy texture yet not heavy or too thick (it's definitely not a thin crust pizza). Tagliatelle tartufo was big & creamy. The truffle flavour was quite strong. There was not that much chicken to pasta ratio but it was big so overall it was still a decent amount of chicken. They serve tap water. They have a few creative menu options, probably because they're not run by Italians, but I will take value & taste over 100% authenticity.
