There was almost nothing about spooky stuff. It was just a regular tour of Ocean Drive. We also paid them for a toy for our kid and they didn't deliver it. When the guide asked me for review, I asked about the toy - and he just stopped responding.

I had a lot of fun going down to Key West from Miami through this tour company. I really liked how…read morethey text you as soon as you book it and you can be texting someone if you have any questions. I also like how our driver Manuel let us have his cell number in case we get lost or have any questions during our alone time at the Keys. I had never seen a tour company do that. They should all do that! The only thing I suggest is that they have the drivers join Zelle. I know we should all be carrying cash, but the truth is a lot of the times we don't think of that before leaving. And then once in Miami, our banks don't let us withdraw from the random ATMs we stop by while on breaks. Other than that, it was great!

We were greeted at my front door and was immediately blown away by the professionalism, cleanliness of their Limo/Van, and expertise of the staff when it comes to all the things Miami has to offer. Not having to worry about taxis or paying for an Uber throughout the night definitely made it convenient. We made it to our locations in perfect time and were greeted yet again to be dropped off at our final destination. The knowledge of the South Florida area and the recommendations from the cruise SoFlo staff was incredible. Football season is coming, birthdays, weddings, reunions, & any kind of party would benefit from these sharp looking vehicles. Will absolutely be using their services again! Thank you for a great night Cruise SoFlo.

Just today we took the tour and were amazed. My husband and I had a wonderful time! Everything about THIS food tour was 5 stars. Steve was our guide and he is such a nice person, we felt really comfortable asking questions and speaking with him. Also, he is very knowledgeable about Miami and its history. But more than that, he made the tour very personal. The four places we ate at were great. By the end of the tour I was quite satisfied with the range of foods we had tried. I'm also glad that now I have some new places to go to on South Beach that I never would have tried before. I am sworn to secrecy on which places you'll visit, as each tour should be a fun surprise, just as Steve intends it to be. Believe me, you will have an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this tour to others and I myself will definitely go back for more! This tour would be perfect for a date, group of friends, or just for those foodies who want to try new places!

It's an awesome experience that is a change of pace from the usual outings. It is worth your time and money.

Have cruised twice b4 with MSC, never saw the amount of children on those 2 cruises as I did on…read morethis one! If u r not cruising with kids and think u will enjoy the Yacht Club-WRONG! Cruise Virgin if you do not want to hear or see children! Was supposed to cruise Meraviglia for my son's 21st bday but the pandemic hit. Took us 2 years to get our money back from that crazy! Then I booked the family all rooms in the Yacht Club for Xmas one year. Was told by my concierge at the time (who unbeknownst to me was quitting his job) and he told me 120 days out or more was a refundable cancellation. Well guess what ppl-it's not! I didn't read my papers b cuz I trusted his word-so I got screwed out of $1200 in deposits b cuz we had to cancel. I still cruised MSC. Still said I'd take my son on MSC. Decided to go Yacht Club this time. WORLD AMERICA! Ship is beautiful. Staff is friendly-our butler was overworked. He had 3 jobs and was never available to help us when we called. Twice we actually reached him and he said call the concierge. My yacht club bedding had a hole in it and had a yellow color to it in spots. For $11k I do not think you should see that kind of linen. I couldn't charge my wheelchair b cuz u need an adapter to go to a US plug. That wasn't on my paperwork. That became a "thing". Day 2 I saw a $140 charge for 2 of the 3 of us. The 3rd day all 3 of us had it. So that ruined day 3 for me b cuz I also didn't see that on my paperwork. $420 a day for gratuities and we can't get any service! ????Found out that was an error. It's only one time and no option to opt out of that. Couldn't use the pool cuz there were kids jumping in it. Which also is not Ada friendly without the use of the lift! No walk in steps-just 2 ladders which u can barely hold onto with wet hands! That pool is also like swimming in a metal rectangle pan from a heated prep line! Very small - especially with kids jumping in it! My son was denied service at lunch dressed in his white outfit b cuz he had no sleeves by day. But lots of young boys running around in speedos. Girls of all ages with bikinis that barely cover their parts and a netted something over it. But my son's sleeveless white shirt and white linen pants are not acceptable for lunch!???! Did I mention, LOTS OF KIDS IN THE YACHT CLUB ALSO! (That wasn't on my paperwork either)! But there is! Must fall under the whole kids sale free thing! That should not occur! There's also teen kids that discover the pool door opens and lets them in and they can use the stairs to go between floors of the Yacht Club! Saw them order drinks and snacks never showing a card and then they went and chilled on the pool deck. I did say - Never showing a card, right!? We wanted to eat lunch in air conditioning so we ate in the lounge one day. The next time, we were asked to sit in a corner and asked to move to said corner to eat. A tribe of children came in and sat out by the window where we were and they were allowed to EAT, climb all over the furniture, put their hands all over the windows and mess with the lights while their parents slept on a sofa! Guess we are the wrong nationality!? Our eating was more disruptive than that?! Still trying to understand these things. Only American music was heard on 70-80's night. When u ask the DJ to play some American music - he says "like what"?!!!? Food is still just as tasteless as the others and getting food or drink to your room is inconsistent. But omg! They nail pizza! By inconsistent I mean, from where or when, etc when ordering. If you are lucky your drinks won't take an hour to arrive and will still have ice in them. I did not check out the casino b cuz it looked small and my hubby said "no new games"! It's a new ship! Y are there no new games!?????! We managed to get the only uncovered balcony on the row! Day 2 I was sitting on the balcony to have cleaning water from above brushed overboard onto my head! The next morning I woke to see a card under my door about balcony cleaning that day. Lolol! Like I didn't know that was coming! The next day we don't take off until 6:30 pm from our room. At 9:40 pm we return to find an invitation to a bourbon and chocolate tasting at 8 pm-that evening, which obviously had already occurred. Why did they not slip that under my door during the day so I could plan that in my schedule!???? Our phone only works on speaker and they can barely understand us. We have complained about that since day 1. Yesterday, they said we did not know that! Lolol. We literally call 3-5 times daily and go thru the whole "we can't hear u" game. The movie on demand on tv has never worked. There are 39 channels of nothing!

The customer service from the cleaning staff to the service at the restaurants everyone was very helpful and friendly. Don't get me started on the food! Everything was delicious and there was nothing I can say tasted bad or not cooked properly in my opinion. So much to do and I would definitely go in again without a doubt. Stan was responsive during our planning/reservation and answered all questions in a timely manner…read more We were provided with a comprehensive schedule and looked forward to an exciting event. Unfortunately, Mother Nature did not cooperate and we were rained out of our Contrata meal and the Palio the next day was postponed by one day. it would have been nice to be informed of the change in Palio by Stan, but instead we were contacted by the tour guide. On the day of the rescheduled Palio, we were contacted by the guide and informed that if we required her services as an escort to the Contrata horse blessing( a service which was included in our package) we would be required to pay an additional $120-for four people. When we told the guide we wanted to speak with Stan, we received no call and he only responded to our text after 2 hours. He told us we had to pay because he had already payed the guides for the previous day(which was rained out.) When a couple is paying more than $22,000 for an event, there is no reason to nIckel-dime them due to a weather event. FYI- no mention of additional charges due to inclement weather was mentioned in our initial agreement.

2025 Mille Miglia Tour with Palio Tours. I can only describe this trip as "First Class". Highlights…read morefor us were of course seeing the fantastic vintage autos of the Mille Miglia in action at multiple venues, the Mille Miglia Museum, driving tour of the Chianti area in vintage Fiat 500's followed by an incredible lunch at a local winery, overlooking the beautiful Tuscan Countryside and a fantastic meal featuring local specialties including Culatello at Cavallino Bianco. There were many, many more fantastic experiences, but those were 2 amazing venues that would not likely be on the radar for travelers not traveling with Palio Tours. Palio Tours uses the best local guides, provides comfortable and efficient transportation to the many venues you'll visit, selects excellent hotels and incredible dining experiences. I hoped this trip would balance the race event and deliver an introduction to a good portion of Italy. It delivered on that beyond all expectations. Stan has extensive knowledge of the area and includes fantastic experiences at the better restaurants and often at venues most travelers would never know existed. The local guides he uses possessed an amazing depth of knowledge of the history and culture of their regions, but also impressive knowledge of food, wine, cheeses, and other products specific to the region and not widely available outside the area.
