We showed up at 9:10 AM, exactly as instructed, only to be told our booking had been moved to 11:30 AM without any notice whatsoever. No email. No call. Nothing. Just "oh yeah, it was changed." From there, it was 30 minutes of standing around, being sent back and forth between employees who clearly had no idea what was going on. Eventually, we were told we'd receive a refund and a free boat tour as compensation for the inconvenience. Sounds reasonable, right? Except when they went to process it, they tried to charge the boat tour tickets against the refund credit -- essentially undoing the compensation they just promised. If we hadn't been paying attention, we would have been charged anyway. Luckily, we caught it, demanded clarity, and only then did they issue a full refund and actually give us the boat tour tickets for free like they said they would in the first place. The boat tour itself (celebrity homes) was fine -- nothing special -- but that's not the point. We're locals who intentionally tried to spend the day as tourists, and this experience made it painfully clear how miserable this must be for out-of-towners who don't know better. Disorganized, misleading, and careless with customers' time and money. Miami deserves better than operations like this -- and tourists definitely do.

This is by far the best way to tour Miami! We did another…read moretour, but wasn't pleased so we booked this one for another day. We thoroughly enjoyed this one, especially with Will, the narrator of the tour. He gave grear info, made some really good stops and took us to a bakery where we enjoyed some really good Cuban coffee and got some treats that were actually priced reasonably. He also took us to take some pictures of the skyline, which was beautiful. Will was exceptionally funny, friendly and knowledgeable the entire ride. He really made the tour worth it. The bus is air conditioned, which was huge for us because we had already been on that other scorching bus the day before with no guided tour. My husband loves the information with the tour because he loves to learn about the history. I would recommend this tour to everyone!!!

From beginning to end, we were immediately immersed in the Wynwood area, and got great stories along the way. We got to see so many beautiful sights around this small niche area and everything was amazing. Our expectations regarding the food were surpassed as well. We initially thought we'd get little nibbles of things here and there, but we were so wrong. We got full sized everything (tacos, samosas, pizza, sandwiches, and cookies)! Bring your appetites, for sure because you won't be disappointed. You won't realize that you're on a tour because you're having so much fun!

I was told a marathon was impacting traffic, but as a traveler who planned ahead and arrived on time, this is something the company should have anticipated and communicated more clearly. I also spent about $80 in Uber fees just getting to the meeting location, which added to the frustration. To their credit, the guide later connected me with the first food stop and arranged for tacos and issued a full refund, which I appreciated. However, the bigger disappointment was the lost opportunity--I could have booked a drag show or another tour during that time instead of waiting. Customer service tried to make things right after the fact, but better planning, proactive communication, and respect for guests' time would have made a big difference.

One observation we made was how many people he knew as we walked around Miami Beach and this was seen in how personable and genuine he was on our tour. We started at David's Cafe and got an awesome Cuban sandwich and coffee. Then we traveled the Trolley to a neat Argentinian place for empanadas: Next stop was a Algerian place for hummus and baba ganoush. My favorite place was our Brazilian stop on Espenola Way where we got these yucca balls stuffed with chicken and cream cheese..... SO GOOD! Finally we made it to Miami N-ice, for rolled passion fruit and mango ice cream- TO DIE FOR! All in all we had a blast, just the two of us with Farouk! We explored several buildings for their historic architecture, took pictures at The Carlisle where the Robin Williams movie, The Birdcage, was filmed. He knew all about the Mediterranean vs. Art Deco style. This tour allowed you to not only get a great meal, but a great experience with a very knowledgeable and energetic guide. The balance between eating, architecture, and good conversation made this a great night in Miami Beach! Farouk treats his customers well, and importantly he treats the locals well as he only supports the Mom and Pop owned restaurants to help keep the local culture and cuisine alive.

Danny knew so many people on the street who stopped to speak to him. Sure, most of those people had something to sell and they hoped we would be their customers- but it was a joy to be exposed to it all- a person with parrots for photographs, a man selling peanuts for a dollar, and all the people in all the shops we stopped in . We ate cuban sandwich (amazing!) , guava pastries, empanadas, and churros- it was basically two meals!. Danny also told lots of stories and we learned about the hobby of dominos with a Cuban twist, and the history of the Bay of Pigs. This was not a serious history tour, but it was super fun and I highly recommend it. He pointed out a jazz club on the tour, Ball & Chain- we stopped there for a cuban mojito after the tour and listened to the band. It was a wonderful afternoon.
