Joe answered the phone and told me they were only for a special sale but that if I came it at 8 a.m. Monday, they would have me in and out in a couple hours. When I got there at 8 a.m., there was already a line in front of me. They had opened early apparantly. They told me they took no reservations and that they were booked up and I would have to wait in the back of the line. That would have been fine, except they were extremely rude in doing so. They were utterly dismissive of my concerns and offered no help. Joe told me they weren't even open Sunday -- despite their posted hours saying they were and despite him having answered the phone. Being a woman from Kentucky after having to transfer here for my job, I don't know if they thought they could pull one over on me or if they lie to and cheat every customer! I knew something was wrong when they started whispering and going over all the filters on the wall. Then they called someone.
