All of the oil leaked out of my vehicle over the 3 days after getting my oil changed here and if I hadn't caught it, it could have completely ruined my truck. They refused to pay for it after I took it to the dealership I bought it from because I didn't know what had happened and didn't send it to them first which is a horrible and gross way to treat customers that you have wronged. They initially asked me about what I needed reimbursement for which was not much, just the oil that was lost, the tow and the service charge for new oil. But after 2 talks with upper management they then ignored my phone calls for 2 months and still have not reached out to me.
