Rick's Tire & Service

Rick's Tire & Service

They fit me in and fixed a slow leak in my tire about an hour before closing time on a Friday. Good…read moreservice.

DO NOT TRUST ANYONE IN THIS SHOP…read more I went to Rick's for a simple tire patch at the recommendation of family members. I was told I would receive a call when my vehicle was ready, but I did not. I had to call and ask and they confirmed it was. I thought this was unprofessional but as long as the car was finished, it was fine. When I arrived at the office to pick up my car, the staff discovered my key and fob had been misplaced. I waited an hour for them to find it, all the while listening to the shop manager lie and say it was one of the other mechanics who lost it only to find out from the shop owner himself, Rick, that the mechanic had been the only one to move my car. I was reluctantly promised a replacement set from Don Moore-Toyota, but when I went to pick up said set, I was informed that Rick had only ordered a key and not the fob that they also misplaced. It was like pulling teeth to get the fob out of them as well and when they offered me a cheaper, non-Toyota programmed key fob it was second-hand and filthy when I received it. Jennifer, Rick's wife, called me and informed me I would need to take them to small claims court to obtain the Toyota key fob (saying, and I quote, "Honey, I'm too smart for this.") if I didn't take the second-hand key fob despite having already been lied to and my original key lost by the man who would be programming the fob. Now, not even three days later, the fob has stopped working and I dread having to return to that shop and ask for a working remote from the people who lost my set in the first place.
