The diagnosis was inner tie rods. $1100 later I bought a brand new set of tires from them and had them install. It's been 3 months and my new tires are worn badly. I took it back to them and explained what was going on and they said they don't keep records of work done on vehicles and if I didn't save my original receipt that they would not make any repairs.
