Number one the friendly and charismatic owner of this business answered the phone when I called the…read morevery first . he scheduled my appointment for the very next afternoon. when I had to change our meeting from my job to my home an hour before th our appointment his response was , "no problem ". He arrived on time with all the tools he needed to fix my cars issues and when I told him I thought it was a more expensive and difficult repair than it actually was he didn't take advantage of me. He told me the truth and had my car running smoothly within a couple hours. He was proffesional, honest and knowledgeable. After seeing that he had over 200 requests for quotes the fact that he squeezed me in so quickly AND actually repaired the issue immediately really impressed me. would definitely recommend

Shelly proceeded to tell me that in order to fix problem they would have to charge me 1900$ to drop the transmission and only then could they give me a price. What!?!? I am a woman of little means but that's not the issue. I did not do this after she told me it was going to be close to 7000$ to fix. So had I had them drop it and then chose not to go forward I would still he out 1900$. I feel they have you by the short hairs whether you chose to have them fix it or not. I was shocked n did talk to other companies and they do not charge the 1900$ just to drop it I did choose another company that was thousands cheaper.
