The diagnosis was inner tie rods. $1100 later I bought a brand new set of tires from them and had them install. It's been 3 months and my new tires are worn badly. I took it back to them and explained what was going on and they said they don't keep records of work done on vehicles and if I didn't save my original receipt that they would not make any repairs. Unfortunately I can't find my receipt and I have to fix it myself Funny how the girl at the computer was typing in the next guys work order, but they have no records of mine!

Took it in for an oil change, got it back, the air conditioner is making an obnoxious buzzing noise. Took it in for tire rotation, a lug nut is missing. Patch a tire, the low tire light stays on. I then immediately take it back, and same reply... "We didn't do anything". I liked the close convenience, but sadly, this past " service" was the last straw.

After getting a second opinion, I found that I did not need those parts and those parts only cost 40 dollars (if I did need them) terrible mechanics, terrible people, terrible business. Then they proceeded to tell me there were no problems on the truck cause the lights were off. I got to the light at the bypass and the lights were back on.
