Well when i picked my car up it had a funny sound when cranking it, so went back there, they admitted to putting a remanufactured starter but also said if i wanted a new starter i had to an additional $100. Now mind you they charged me $278.99 for remanufactured starter, when i could have gotten a brand new one $239.99.. Just make sure to question if your parts are NEW OR REMANUFACTURED because they won't tell you. If the starter wouldn't have been making the noise it's making i wouldn't have known either... I NORMALLY DON'T WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS ONE WAS NEEDED ..

I called the shop and let them know about it. I brought my truck to the shop several times but they "didn't hear anything." That was nearly 6 mos ago. and my brakes are still squeaking! Who knows where they got those "ceramic" brakes from. They certainly have metal in them. Otherwise they wouldn't be squeaking so much. They probably have asbestos in the material also because there was alot of brake dust on those brakes, and they were BRAND NEW! These folks run a shady business!!! STAY AWAY!!!

In the past, I dropped my truck off for an oil change only. When I went to lunch and returned 2 hours later, they had just started on it. I then had to wait over an hour for that to be completed. Other times, I've had to sit for 1-2 hours for the same simple service. Recently, I brought my 2021 F150 in because a sensor was malfunctioning on my ABS and Traction control. It took 3 days to "diagnose" the problem and they had to order the part to fix it. When the part arrived, I made an APPOINTMENT to get it fixed and they took 4 days before they even started on the repair. All I got was excuse after excuse saying they were short handed, covid issues, etc. I told Ariel that I wanted to speak to the service manager and she called me back with a message from him. He didn't even have the decency to call himself. I was also told that there were no courtesy vehicles so I had to borrow a vehicle from a family member which was extremely inconvenient! I knew before I bought this truck that I should have never gone back to Sterling Ford, but I gave them another chance. NEVER AGAIN! I will gladly drive down the road to Hub City Ford because I know there service department runs like a clock! Side note: I have several acquaintances that have mentioned the same troubles with these people! Beware!
