The gal at the entrance of the car was was very helpful and pleasant. No issues. When paying & going through the gate, before entering the car wash, I received an important phone call. I pulled over & temporarily parked behind two other parked cars. There were no other cars behind me. Suddenly, there is POUNDING on my windows, not knocking, and this dude with bad teeth is YELLING at me "this isn't a parking lot! Move it, I don't have all day!" Tried to explain I was taking an important call & would only be a minute. This was met with more yelling & cussing. Intimidation. Uncalled for and inappropriate behavior. I don't expect the most educated people to be working at a car wash, but this future felon needs an attitude adjustment and some feedback on customer service and courtesy if you want people to come back - especially with the new car wash being built less than 5 minutes away.

When entering the car wash, it was not very clear to me when to put your car in neutral. I was expecting a sign that says so when you get to a certain part but then the guy just started yelling at me. At the end of the car wash, there isn't a sign or light that says shift into drive. What I did think was nice is they provide towels to wipe your car off as well as an interior spray. The parking lot could use some attention as I stepped into a pothole full of melted snow when exiting my car to vacuum it. Would I come here again if the Kwik Trip has too long of a line? Sure but not in hurry.

We were provided great instructions on things like how to turn on the vehicle auxiliary (foot off brake, push start button two times) and how to reset oil notification. Gladly accepted our coupon and said what a great deal it was; we agreed. Oil change comes with a free carwash and we definitely took advantage of the vacuums, cleaning clothes and spray. They put my spare on and told me they would pay for fixing the tire and to get it fixed and bring back the bill and they would take care of it. I brought back the bill and the manager contacted me and asked if I would be o.k. getting just half of the bill reimbursed. I told her no since it was their employee that broke is so they I expect them paying the whole bill. She then said that they have to open an investigation. This happened at the end of April and I have yet to hear back from her. I am beyond angry about this. I know the young man who broke it was sorry about it but sorry doesn't pay me my money back.
