Everyone was very nice and assisted me with my oil change, & checking my engine filter and cabin filter. I needed a new cabin filter since it was pretty dirty but decided not to get it there. They were fine with that. I saved about $25 getting a Groupon for my oil change. I just had to pay the taxes which was about $4. Glad I went with them for my oil change again. It's so much easier just sitting in the car while they take of this necessary upkeep.

This one was 6 min away and no wait. All three who tended to my car were great. Very helpful and welcoming. Not salesy and pushy either. They let me know everything they changed and did and also showed me the filter. It was very easy and non stressful getting my oil change here. I'm very happy I went with them.

However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business . Maybe even educating me as a future client as to the why their business doesn't do that . Overall the response was quick but my question wasn't answered . We usually drop in early in the morning, without making an appointment, and roll back out about twenty minutes later. They top all fluids, add air to our tires and, most of the time, turn off all warning lights in the car. They also give you a voucher for a free carwash. My only complaint with Bay Breeze is during our last two visits we've purchased the 10,000 mile oil for my wife's car. Both times the light indicating an oil change is necessary has kicked on around 7,000 miles. Despite this Bay Breeze will continue being our choice for oil changes because convenience is king.

My husband wanted to try a new place. We are happy we did. The customer service is great. Very welcoming. No "Gen-Z Glare". The inside waiting area is nice and relaxing. I would not have had an issue waiting there while the car was getting maintenance. However, our car was going to take awhile. They offered to drive us home and pick us up. This turned out convenient because we were able to continue our day at home. Highly recommend.

Hub cabs failing, little-to-no brakes left, all tires on their last legs. The guy telling me about my service report referred to it as "catastrophic damage" and was emphasizing how much repair costs would be, heavily implying that the cost would not even be close to worth spending for the condition that the car was in. He even referred to a viral case in 2023 of a Kia Soul having it's tires fail & go airborne, comparing the damage of that car to mine. And yet, despite assessing all this damage, they decided to put brand new wheels on a car that they claim is basically totaled? I even asked if the tires could just be removed so I can pay for labor costs & tow the car elsewhere, but they declined. They will give you the impression that they mean well & won't just try to money grab, but at the end of the day they could have done the right & logical thing with my situation. They instead chose to charge me $520 for a car that, in their own words, is not safe for me or anyone to take on the road. Do what you will with this information, but I personally have full clarity now as to why so many people have a gripe with Pep Boys. Find a better option.
