I am repeat customer at this firestone. The staff are always friendly. They always help me out with filling up the air in my tires, even without having an appointment. You go in and there are shopping options on the type of tire you are looking for. --Service/Staff-- Josh and the technician went above and beyond in getting me back on the road. --Products-- Technicians are good at their job --Capacity-- Wait area is kind of spacious with 5 seats and TV playing football on the weekend. --Overall-- If you are a local or in the area. This is an honest shop that will work on your car. My only disappointment was trying to get the part on a Sunday in a timely manner. I am here often because school drop off is in a construction zone. They are always professional, and they do their best to get you in and out when you show up randomly with a nail in your tire. They will send you pictures of the tire so you can see what is stuck where and if it is repairable which I really appreciate. I get my oil changed here as well. Their recommended services never feel excessive. I never feel like they are trying to talk me into things I don't need. The location is convenient so you can walk over and get a snack or drinks. Of note, they do not have the apple pay or google wallet currently as payment options so plan ahead. read more

We had a 9am appointment, called twice to check on the status, second time was at 3pm and they haven't even STARTED. What's the point of an appointment? Where's the communication? Where's the honesty? GO ELSEWHERE!!! Save yourself two wasted trips to this organization. So angry that I wasted my time and gas and got nothing accomplished. And this was on a weekday. I had the best experience here at Firestone. I had my car towed to this location on a Saturday around noon. The issue was a broken belt. They suggested replacing all three belts for $300, which I did. I asked them if they thought I needed new brakes or tires and they said no and did not try to upsell me. My car was done a few hours later. Highly recommend. read more

Happy New Year everyone! Wanted to say how great this firestone is. My daughter came home with a "small" issue with her car. Turned into an issue with a steering wheel was shaking. Having moved here from out of state my thoughts were 1: I was sad to lose the Firestone team in Milpitas, Ca. 2: Kind of hesitant to visit the Firestone near me 3: WTH was I thinking? It's Firestone. What I had with the previous location, which I called my 'car husbands' because with everything I'm good at and interested in, anything other than driving a vehicle isn't interesting to me. They knew this and took care of me very well. This location? OMG! They're great! Even though they were short staffed, and I'm not gonna complain about a wait, my vehicle was done sooner than promised. (Being in the tech industry, I learned years ago to under promise and over deliver - the seasoned people know how to set expectations to create happier customers). I highly recommend this location......well maybe I shouldn't. Then I'd be competing with more people for appointments. read more

Made an appointment for 12pm to have oil changed in SUV. Walked around to kill some time and came back at 1:15pm and they had not even started on my vehicle. People schedule appointments so they don't have to wait so long to get things done. read more

Went online and booked an appointment at this store. I used Firestone before but this store was new to me. Appointment booking was easy! Dropped my car off at 9am to get 4 new Toyo tires. Got a phone call 3 hours that it was completely and ready to pick up. The service advisors were nice! I worked with Alex and he made sure my discount were attached. Super happy with this store and I will look to them for the future! read more

a week after they forgot to put the oil cap on and manager cleaned the engine the car has engine issues and needed to get towed to an actual auto shop... still oil everywhere on the engine and they overfilled the oil. NEVER come to this joke of an auto shop even for an oil change, lazy and terrible quality work. read more

Took my car in 09/2024 sat there almost 4 hours baby sitting the individual to finish my car in a timely manner. Here I am back tracking because their patch was not done correctly my tire PSI is showing it is inflated way past the point, but looks deflated...This car is barely driven and their lack in quality is seeping just like the air from my tire they half fixed. Also, they didn't place my cap on the tire... didn't notice until I got home ( had to by another one) wouldn't want to wait 3 more hours. My brakes were also fixed at that same time. I had to wait the additional 2 hrs for the brake clips to be delivered. If you want your car treated with care.. go to another establishment so you don't have to back track at a location that won't care about you as a customer. Lastly, if you complain enough they will give you a discount but at this point the discount doesn't matter if you have to go right back to their location in 3-4 months. read more

Issue was resolved with full refund. I am satisfied with the end result. Took car to Firestone in Lutz Fl for issue with family van. Told us They found problem and can fix for 1100. We paid the money, car was never fixed. We called and told them the very next day there was no change in car. Made appointments and have taken the car in four times now because each time we pick it up there is no change and they say they cannot find the problem. Today after they kept the car for four days and then they tell us they think it is a completely different issue and need to take it somewhere else. So I paid them 1100.00 for what? They misdiagnosed the problem. There was never a change in the car at all and they have had it a total of five times now with no change whatsoever. So what did I pay 1100 for. My family cannot afford to lose the use of this car or 1100 of our hard to get money. Now I am supposed to take it somewhere else and pay them too??? STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO FIX MY CAR BUT STILL FEEL I SHOULD PAY THEM FOR NOTHING!! I am posting this anywhere/everywhere and have forwarded to upper management/corporate. We were in Lutz, FL visiting some friends and the day that we were supposed to leave to go back to Virginia with my hot rod truck on my car trailer, we noticed that one of the trailer tires was very low. Turns out that the air valve stem was cracked and needed to be replaced. We phoned several tire shops close to the resort where we were staying and none could help us that day. (One even asked for the "year make and model" of the trailer so that she could "look up the correct valve stem". ***sigh***) We decided to hit the highway and to stop at the first truck stop figuring that they'd be able to get it replaced quickly... Just before hitting I-75 we noticed the Firestone store and decided to pull in. These guys were GREAT. Christian had the tire off, replaced the valve stem, and had it back on in minutes. I think that we took longer talking about hot rods and race cars with the guys in the shop than the repair took! Christian also offered to check all of the tire pressures on the truck AND trailer before we got on the road, which he didn't have to do, but "since you're going on such a long drive..." he recommended it. Funny thing is that we've been using Firestone Service Centers when we lived in Newport News, Virginia, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and now coincidentally in Lutz, Florida, and we've ALWAYS been back on the road quickly and pretty reasonably priced. Nothing is "cheap" any more, but we're always willing to pay more for quality products and services, and we got it!!! read more

We were traveling home and my car notified me of tire pressure issue. We noticed a nail our tire that needed to be fixed before we went on the highway. I called several places and this one did it within an hour for us! They were polite, very reasonably priced and got the job done. Terrence was GREAT! If not, this would have ruined our plans for the day. Plus, we have two little ones so they really helped us out a lot. Would HIGHLY recommend! read more

We were so thankful to find this Firestone! We were traveling through after being on the road for 1 1/2 days. Our van started shaking on the interstate and we started calling auto centers. No one could take us in but Firestone. Took a quick look and got our van on a lift right away. We needed 2 back tires and alignment. First (and last) visit to Firestone in Land O Lakes. After inspection I was informed I had a frozen caliper. As a result, they quoted a new set of calipers, turning of rotors, and new brake pads. I had originally brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a coolant system flush and oil change. The total estimate was around $839. Upon completion, and review of the itemized bill, which I had been shown but, only on the computer screen, and for less than a minute, I noticed that rather than new Calipers, they had replaced them with "remanufactured" calipers! Had they told me up front, I probably would have been ok with it, but of course, they did not! In addition, the calipers were "marked up" more than 300%, and they charged an hour and a half of labor to install! The icing on the cake, was the fact that they kept MY old calipers, so they could once again, send them back to the factory, to be remanufactured (in case you're unaware, the "cores" are about about half the cost of the remanufactured. (It's like buying a battery without a trade-in, they charge more). So they kept mine as their trade in, for their next remanufactured caliper purchase at a discount price, only to turnaround and sell to the next Customer as "NEW"! Very shady! When I called them out, the "manager" Terrance immediately got defensive and disrespectful. He gave me a partial credit for stealing my parts, but not without first being quite belligerent! Save yourself the BS, and try a different shop! read more

I'm a car guy can't do tires and alignments with any accuracy in a driveway. Brought my car for tires and an alignment. The tech Zach did freakin awesome. The last Firestone left the wheel crooked off center just straightened the tires. Didn't even try. Here though steering wheel was 100% straight and my Gto drives straighter than when I bought it new in 2004. read more
