Amazing customer service and top notch speedy oil change, always coming back here thank you boys

I got an oil change here on 10/07/2025, and my car started acting up a week later. Even if they mess up your car, they will not fix it -- they just give you a hard time. They even put the wrong miles in their system and tried to blame me. Because of their mistake, my engine is now going to cost a lot of money to fix, and I'm filing a lawsuit. They even had to redo the oil change and never cared to tell me what was actually going on. Very unprofessional, no accountability. I do not recommend this location at all. read more

We arrived and got into an empty bay with only one other vehicle being worked on. Had to wait over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged while the poor guy next to us was stuck due to the fact they took something off his truck they somehow couldn't get back on. Once they started on our truck the "kids" working were arguing non stop with each other instead of doing a simple oil change. Definitely do not recommend this location. read more

Over 1hr 20 min for oil change They undid all my covers for filters. Intake and cabin. They took about 15-20 min to put on intake cover. Then I left bay to check in parking lot. The didn't secure my cover at all. Someone came out once they seen I popped my hood. I tried to help because they were incompetent enough to put on an oem intake cover. They stress the heck out of plastic causing it to snap. They need to not touch things that's not asked of... trash trash trash techs read more

The wait time is forever. I have been in like for about 2 hours. I look in the garage there are 3 cars, 1 in each bay and there is 1 person working in there. Service is terrible it should not take this long to get an oil change. It's called take 5 for a reason and they obviously don't deliver. There are only 2 workers and the manager up and leaves mid shift. This place is terrible I would not recommend coming here for an oil change unless you have all day to wait read more

I don't know about other locations- Lake Worth location used to be fast and efficient. This is no longer the case. The wait time is extremely long. Once in the bay you could easily still sit there for an hour... running your car for a/c. You overhear the ONE person trying to up-sell /sell items supposedly needed spending easily 30 minutes just trying to talk customer into paying for additional services. It is no longer "10 minutes oil change". They take way too much talking instead of just simply doing the oil change and quickly. Not spending 2 plus hours here anymore. Long wait and still same price as everywhere else. No thanks definitely going elsewhere maybe even across the street. read more

I've been here several times for oil, coolant and differential changes. They're good, polite and knowledgeable. Prices are OK. 6 quarts of full synthetic with a synthetic filter was $140. How long it takes can vary. There's almost always a line. Give them at least 1 hour. read more

It tool 1 hour and 30 minutes with one car in front me in the bay. Secondly they "added" a high mileage filter when i asked for just a regular filter, $14 up charge. This was my first time in with this car at this location, I will not be back. I've been here before with my trucks and didn't have a problem, young lady was the manager. GO HERE IF YOU WANT AN UNDRIVABLE CAR! I was charged before they even performed any service on my car. I simply went in for an oil change (2023 Honda Accord) and waited 1 1/2 hours, only to be told they couldn't remove the skid plate. I drove my car for just a day and a half--and while on the highway, the skid plate fell halfway off and scraped the ground, leaving me stranded in the middle of the night! The workers are inexperienced and careless. I wouldn't give this place my time or money, and neither should you. Hope this helps. read more

This place used to be amazing. Staff was friendly and they were always FAST. Today I've waited OVER AN HOUR (more than half of that was sitting in a bay) and they still haven't even popped my hood. No one seems concerned with being efficient and getting people out quickly. Just concerned with chit chatting with each other and taking breaks in the office. It was not busy in the slightest, only three cars in the bays. I'm super disappointed with how downhill this location has gone. read more

I love that they've made getting out of the car for an oil change a thing of the past - I truly appreciate being able to stay in the comfort of my car. This Take 5 has no shortage of professional, efficient, polite and helpful technicians - they're all so insightful and don't hesitate to answer any questions. I've been here for many oil changes and they are very quick and do a good job. The guys are very friendly and always greet you with a nice bottle of water. Most recently I went for my state inspection and they took care of it no problem. Definitely recommend. read more

Went in for a regular oil change. They had me wait for 25 minutes in line, just to tell me that they didn't have my oil filter. Got told to go to autozone to buy my oil flirted and come back. The service would have still cost the same buying my own filter. No inconvenience discount offered. They don't mind wasting your time. Avoid and go somewhere better. read more

They seriously need to take the state inspection option away... I've gone about 3 times in the past 4 months since it's down the st from my house. All 3 of my vehicles and the same excuse every time I go.... "We don't have an inspection guy" it never fails! Either that or they don't want to do it period. Sick of take 5! I needed an oil change and was in a rush. Take 5 had me in, out, and done in about 10 minutes. And even better, I didn't have to get out of my car! Josh was super kind and explained everything to me. The crew works like a (pun intended) well oiled machine. They double check one another's work and we're all very polite. When I drove up, I received a water bottle which was a nice touch. Despite them being busy, they were able to move through the cars pretty quick while still delivering quality service. read more

I used Take 5 services yesterday, and my tech Madie G, and Alex Hood were fantastic. They overcame multiple challenges earlier in the day, and managed to take care of my car and others in a reasonable amount of time. With just two techs, they were running all three bays, and I will commend their communications skills because it was clear that they were working together as a team to do the best possible job. Regardless of the time spent getting my oil change, these techs did an amazing job, and I will absolutely return to Take 5 for my next oil change. read more

Don't listen to the Karens with One Star Reviews and the ones who don't know the difference between Oil Change and Car Wash. This place is amazing. High quality work and excellent customer service. Came for oil change and was in and out in less than 20 minutes with no appointment. Anywhere else would take hours. They check everything to keep your car running like new. Great value! read more

Had Scheduled an appointment online. When I arrived they said didn't show my appointment and they had to call their boss. Even though I showed them the confirmation on my phone. They went ahead and pulled me in and then proceeded to tell me since it was the first time getting oil change and my car being newer they didn't know which oil to use and wouldn't service my car!! Got my oil changed here a few weeks ago and received great service. Came today to get an inspection done, and was left in a parking spot for over an hour, and no one ever came to provide any update, or even told me that it could take that long... Would not recommend anyone go here for an inspection unless you have a few hours to wait. I left after waiting an hour, because if you can't bother and update me on the wait time, then I don't think you deserve my money. read more

Stopped by 2 times in as many days to get a state vehicle inspection. 1st time, I was told the internet was down so they couldn't do it. 2nd time I was told their 'inspector' was out. When asked when they would return, no one knew. Why advertise the service if you don't want to preform? read more

I have been here twice . This last time was with my 2023 Tahoe . They did not tie in the new oil filter properly so it was missing a quart and a half . Also my drive way has oil now . I was also charged over $100 something . read more

Great place ! The men are always very helpful and friendly! They explain everything that they are doing and their prices are very fair.

Second lane is still closed. Guide person only did half of the front grill, not scrubbing the windshield, rear window or the tailgate/bumper. Upper roller brushes only had one of the two brushes actually touch the vehicle. The final rinse only had one of the two work and it started at the base of the windshield, leaving soap foam on the hood only to be blown off by the blowers read more
