Despite my car leaving with the exact same problem it came in with, they still charged me $378 in labor. Spending nearly $400 and leaving with a car that still isn't fixed is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, the last-minute diagnosis, and the amount I was charged left me feeling taken advantage of. I would never recommend this shop based on my experience. The manager is a no good crook (Hispanic male) and if you're a woman, please have a man come with you and get him to talk for you.

I like to take my car here when I need a small task done. I brought my car here a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning to get my headlight replaced. I was happy to see they weren't very busy. The employee came over to greet me and explained that they were short staffed, and that it would be a few minutes before he could get to me. I probably waited no more than 10 minutes and once he replaced the light, it took less than a minute. He was very efficient and was able to pull up my account using my license plate. The employee was cool under pressure. I only saw two employees while I was there, but when I left, a few more employees had finally arrived. I've consistently had great service the few times that I've been here. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job of completing the work in a timely manner.
