Unfortunately, it appears the tech at the parts store cleared the error codes, so the ABS will remain until it triggers another error. The tire sensors were changed and the pricing was exactly what they said it would be. I will use this shop again for our other vehicles.

My car has run better since coming here than in the years Toyota was servicing it. Also, in the past, I was constantly being told there was "something else" when coming in for something as simple as an oil change. Goodyear has never done that. I just love these guys and feel honored that they treat me so well. Now, if I were going to be picky ... they could have more comfortable chairs in the waiting room! Frustrating, Incompetent, and Costly…read more I've had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. After paying $1,200 for repairs, I was given the runaround for weeks. First, they diagnosed a transfer case issue, so I sourced the part myself to save money. Then, they claimed it was the drive shafts--I ordered those too, only for them to tell me they were the wrong ones after days of delays. When I finally went to pick up my Jeep, they told me it wouldn't reverse and suggested it might be the transmission. After weeks of wasted time and Uber expenses, the assistant manager later claimed their mechanic "didn't know how to drive a manual." Seriously? Randall Cleveland, who I spoke to, seemed distracted and unaware of my payments or the actual issues. The lack of communication, constant misdiagnoses, and unprofessionalism make it impossible to trust their work. After all this, I have to take my car elsewhere just to verify their repairs. Save yourself the headache--find a more competent shop. They are ok for oil changes, anything else go to a real mechanic shop.
