I've had no problems in the last two days with the new plug. I called to get a refund from grease monkey and they stated I was gonna have to bring the tire back to them. Why would bring a tire back to them to repair when they can't even put a plug in correctly? Obviously, this could've caused a bad accident. And this is not the way to do business.

After continued loyal maintenance at a dealership, my last scheduled visit did not go as it should have. Thus, after seeing other reviews I thought I would give Express Oil Change a try. Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion…read more I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
