I was told they would pull the code themselves and that it could be several things but they would do some tests to rule things out and narrow down to the issue. I wanted to make an appointment, but he said to just come down in the morning. We went the next morning and after waiting over an hour for the car to get into the shop, they said they found the same code I had shared with them the previous night and that I needed to take it to a dealer. I reminded him that they said they would run tests to rule things out and he lied to my face and said he never said that! After walking through some specific things he had said he would do, he got heated, gave me the keys and told me to get out and never come - Total waste of time!
